Very poor experience

Very poor experience. I received a device with Windows Home installed, but this was not mentioned on their website. There was no information at all about the operating system.

When I contacted them to explain that Windows Home does not support what I need the device for, and that I required Windows Pro instead, I requested either a refund or an exchange. I was then told I would be charged three times the monthly price to return and reorder, despite being on a month-to-month contract.

The website lacked clear information, and the customer service was very poor.

When cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period, if a brand-new device has been opened, a warranty activation fee applies. This is because once the device is unsealed, it's no longer classed as brand-new and its warranty has been activated, which affects its value.

Highly recommend Raylo.

I have been a customer of Raylo for a good time now and would truly recommend. Have had zero issues in all aspects consisting of excellent pricing, customer service and most importantly peace of mind on that you are dealing with a good and reputable company in my eyes.
So all in all, if you are considering using these guys, I would highly recommend them through my experience.

Everything went fine until I ran into…

Everything went fine until I ran into some financial difficulties - I made Raylo aware of this and set up a promise to pay, which was met. They then reported a missed payment and tanked my credit score before I was about to apply for a mortgage. Also, make sure the money is available before 5pm on the day as they take it randomly and if the money isn’t there as you haven’t been paid yet that day or it’s a different account for DD’s, they will report it and your credit score tanks. I am locked in to them at present but I am really disappointed in the service - the AI chat does not help either. I wanted to warn others before making the jump to use Raylo.

I understand my expectations are for good customer service, and clear indication of what certain actions will lead to, but Raylo clearly have not cared enough to offer this upfront, I expected a little more for loyal customers.

I'd give u more but ur missed payment fees are absolutely shit nearly double payment for being a day late
