Knives ordered on 29th November and turned up yesterday just in time for Xmas…tried the chef knife on a joint of beef n pork and it went through like a hot knife through butter…very impressed

Ordered on the 29th November 2022, and paid an extra £9.99 for express delivery which was to be delievered between 6-13 business days. Still haven't received my item, a little frustrated as this is a Christmas present.

PRODUCT STILL NOT DELIVERED. Terrible "Priority delivery" service. I ordered the delux set of Phantom knives as a Christmas gift on December 1st 2022 after checking Razor knifes delivery times and taking this in to account thinking that they would be delivered in plenty of time. After contacting the customer services and speaking to a member of the customer service team several times chasing up the order and to be told I would be contacted by thier dispatch manager I still have not had any form of correspondence from Razor knives. The website terms are not very transparent as they should be. A priority service from any other company would be 48hr delivery. After paying the extra for a "priority' delivery service it clearly is not. Royal mail have and are striking and this is no excuse. Everbody has had more than enough notice to arrange an alternative courier service than Royal Mail.
I now do not have the gift that I ordered for my family member and because of the amount of the knifes cost I now no longer have the funds to find an alternative replacement. Absolutely disappointed and angry that I have been misled. Also very sad that I will not be able to give the gift that I thought I would be.

I got the Ruby Phantom set, beautiful, sharp (my thumb found out just how sharp on day 1! Didn't feel a thing).

Razar clearly state some of their knives are not Damascus folded steel (laser etched to simulate). So bear that in mind when ordering.

Just don't leave them in the sink or put them in the dishwasher. That would be cruel!

The spiral wooden knife block just finishes off the set beautifully as well.

I was nearly put off by these knives as I went straight to the 1star reviews, I saw this was nearly always delivery complaints and rarely quality issues. I purchased these 29th November and got 18th December, I was reassured due to Royal mail strike they were doing everything they could to get these delivered, I knew there was going to be some sort of delay. These got delivered by DPD on a Sunday. The box came slighty damaged but the knives are well made and good quality, very sharp. Very happy and would recommend. Don't be put off but the negative reviews

Needed to replace my home set and loved the looks of these. No sorry at all. Super sharp, and well made, balances well in my hands.
I am a professional Chef, so good quality and sharpness is extremely important to me!

Excellent knives that are true to the online pictures and the positive reviews they've received are definitely well earned. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The only difficulty was choosing which set to buy. Delivery takes a while, so if their a gift or for a special occasion, then order a month in advance, but they are well worth the wait

Ordered a set of knives last year and still super happy with them, the blades have all held their edge and they are still performing like new.

Amazing knifes, they are stunning, very sharp and the handle makes them easy to hold. Any questions I had were answered quickly and with excellent customer service

Do not order from this company, I made this mistake. Firstly they make getting a refund almost impossible, let’s see if I end up having to do a chargeback *See my updates on this*.

Secondly, these knives are not made by Razar, they are a dropshipper for Chinese knives. If you search AliExpress you can find all the same products with the same images they use a third of the price. I bought a £250 set from Razar only to find the same ones on AliExpress for £22.50 a knife, just under a different “brand name”.

Thirdly these knives aren't VG10 Japanese steel, they are a mix of Chinese crap, they are also not a Damascus fold as the site leads you to believe, the effect is laser printed onto the knives.
You can find other reviews you can read which explain their dubious selling practices by a quick google search on if they are legit or a scam.

You state all your orders are shipped from your fulfilment Centre in the UK or USA? Seems a little bit strange for my orders packaging to have a label with a Chinese returns address on it doesn't it eh.

Final Update:
Getting a refund is literally impossible from these pirates. Not only is it illegal to send knives through the post in the UK (that includes couriers) which means it’s impossible without obfuscating what you’re sending, they are now holding my refund hostage over this review as they are asking me to change it (feel free to now assume most of their reviews are false or coerced). I have no choice but to do a chargeback at this point.

Excellent product and great service. Very pleased with the items and we'll packaged to top off a great service. Would highly recommend.

These knives are beautiful and extremely sharp. They seem to be well made. I haven't had them but a couple of days so we'll see if they hold up over time.

These knives are awesome for the price. They have a great look, a great feel, good weight to them, and are super sharp. Shipping was fast considering that they came from overseas.

Gladiator Snaga - does what is says on the tin... a well made, sharp knife that looks great. Very good value.
Had some trouble with delivery due to royal mail strikes but customer support was very quick to respond and helpful.

Quick delivery, pristine packaging and the knife block is perfect to display my new custom knife set. I'm extremely happy with this set of very well made knives.

Slowest delivery I've ever known. No updated info on delivery website. Avoid if u need the knives within 3 weeks. Bern 2 weeks for this order and still no sign of a promise for delivery.
