Ordered these knifes on 23 October and…

Ordered these knifes on 23 October and they arrived today (7 November) the delivery was late by one day but that was because it was Sunday and Royal Mail don’t deliver Sundays they look and feel amazing. Lovely weight to them and the magnetic holder I ordered looks lovely only thing I would say is the holder is a bit small and I can only fit 5 out of the 6 knifes on the holder.

As sharp as a Razar.

I’ve owned my set of razar knives now for roughly 6 months and honestly, I’d never change brands again. The steel is fantastic, the weight balance from handle to blade is spot on and they look amazing! To sum it up quite possibly one of the best knife brands on the market!

AVOID!

I’d be very weary of this company. I placed an order on 04.10.22 and tried to cancel immediately. This was immediately so there’s no way it has already been processed. I realised the knives would arrive too late (6-14days delivery) The company refused to cancel even though the order was only shipped on 12.10.22. The customer support just tell you they’ll ask the management, they cannot actually help. I received a tracking number and using this found out the the Royal Mail only received my package on the 23.10.22. The package arrived 27.10.22 so over 3 weeks for delivery. I managed to get a friend to collect them for me and I’ve now found out they’ve sent me the wrong ones. I’m not home to return them and after reading other reviews I doubt I’d get a refund even if I tried to. Save yourself money and hassle by using a different company.
I haven’t seen the quality of the knives but reading the reviews it doesn’t look good. Can’t believe I ordered before checking the company reviews! AVOID!

Great quality, beautiful knifes

Bought the Graphite set for my Husbands birthday, he was very pleased with the quality, and the look, they are beautiful knifes.
No issues with shipping, arrived in good time, would definitely order from this company again

Company needs some work on providing goods within specified time.

Placed an order on the 15th august, as I wanted to get my husband an amazing gift for our first wedding anniversary, which was on the 18th September, so should have arrived in plenty of time as they give a window of 7-14 days for delivery gave them 3 weeks before contacting them in regards to tracking information, two days before our anniversary I was told that they had been lost in transit and a new set was being dispatched. We are now 2 months since the order was placed and still nothing, emailed customer support and after being promised several times that it has been escalated to the management and promised I would have the tracking information, I am still none the wiser. I have also asked for a refund as I cannot afford to waste £160 , on something I am never going to receive but I am now being ignored, truly awful customer service and a complete scam!

Update- after 2 and a half months finally received these, it should never of taken writing this review to get what I paid for, I must say that whoever took over and got this sorted for me was very good and gave me a free holder as a gesture of goodwill and also provided me with the tracking number as well. I now have a very happy husband.

1yr Later and Still Sharp!

These knives are the best I’ve ever owned. I’ve had them over a year and they are still razor sharp. My wife and I liked them so much, we bought another set for our other house. I even packed up our Wustof knives and gave them to my sister. Best knives ever!

Horrendous customer service

My husband ordered 2 items, a gladiator knife and the phantom deluxe set of knives. Firstly they took a long time to arrive and we had to keep chasing. The gladiator knife is excellent, but the phantom set did not meet my expectations for a £150 set of knives. We even sent the company a video trying to slice through a tomato - our old Ikea knives were better. They agree to accept a refund so we sent them back and they were received on 26th July. It is now 22nd August and we am STILL waiting for our refund. Constantly being told that the "management" need to process it, then that we need to wait 3-5 days for it to be processed, then back to saying that the "management" need to process it still. They haven't ever been able to put us in touch with the "management" and they have never shown proof that the refund is being processed. We have now had to raise a dispute through our bank.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, steer clear.

The Shadow series has a great looking…

The Shadow series has a great looking finish on the raw steel blades in this set, a razor sharp edge and excellent balance to boot. Would recommend cleaning the blades thoroughly along the spine before use to wipe any debris, as well as to use knife oil or wax to keep them from rusting.

Warning against using this company

I ordered a knife set from this company as a present for a milestone birthday. Six weeks later and no sign of the goods nor any indication of when they will be dispatched and delivered. The customer service has been appalling. I have repeatedly asked for shipping information and have been stonewalled every time. I also asked for information on how to make a formal complaint and this has been ignored. I have paid £260 and received nothing, and no information on where the product is. Please, heed the warnings here and do not use this company. I have also raised the matter with my bank and they advise the company is listed as a computer products company rather than a knife company so there is clearly something highly suspicious afoot.

Top class knives

Top class knives. I purchased the wasabi series. The knives are very sharp and top quality. A great addition to my kitchen and I'm looking forward to using them!

Very poor, and even worse customer service

Unfortunately I find myself echoing what many others in the 1 star rating have already stated.

I bought what I would class as an ‘expensive’ 9 piece knife set less than a year ago. 3 of the knives had cracked at the handle and the blade has come away. I have pictures of all three knives, and all three have broken in exactly the same fashion.

What is so disappointing is the frankly abysmal customer service I have received. The 1st knife broke within about 4 months of having them, after a very prolonged (by them) emailI to and fro, I eventually went to trading standards and that resulted in a ‘manager’ sending out a replacement knife.

I’m now in the exact same position with another two of the knives, yet this time the response from customer service has been “well you must have broken them” and are now apparently giving me the silent treatment.

Save your money; Do Not Buy from this company.

Wasabi series are a must have!

I bought the full set of the wasabi series, the bread knife, the 8 pc chef set & the steak knives. They are excellent quality and are even more beautiful in person! Shipping was very quick and they came packaged nicely! The abalone handles are amazing 🤩
