Worst Experince
I had been trying to add a payment gateway since last month, but nothing was working. I finally switched to Cashfree and completed the setup in just 10–15 minutes.

One of the worst payment service…
One of the worst payment service provider, Almost all the time Axis Bank Net banking does not work and the usual excuse provided is the banks service is down.
This not true when I am able to make payment via Axis bank net banking at other e-commerce providers website.

Choosing Razorpay was my biggest mistake. There is zero support from their end. For the past 10 days, I’ve been trying to raise a complaint, and every time they say the team will contact me within 24 hours, but no one responds. Worst support ever. Disha, John and Aditya keep giving false assurances and waste customers’ time. My honest Razorpay Review
I run a small D2C store and switched to Razorpay a few months ago. The onboarding was quick and the dashboard guided me through every step. The payment gateway works smoothly, especially for UPI and card payments for my niche customers. My customers rarely report failures and the checkout page looks professional.
Settlements are consistent and I get clear visibility on fees, refunds, and disputes. I also like the extra tools like payment links and the mobile app. Overall, Razorpay has made handling payments much easier for my business.

Got the payment gateway for my company in India. They did well. Took some time but was ok.
Razorpay will not solve a payment issue on their gateway.
As a customer, if there is a payment failure issue that repeatedly happens. If you directly contact Razorpay, they will not solve it , but will ask to contact the vendor to raise a ticket to Razorpay. When we contact the vendor, the vendor will say that since the payment gateway is Razorpay, to contact Razorpay directly. Basically, they pass the ball between each other. Nobody solves the issue. Fraud & No customer service
Got an email. Some scammer has used my email address to make a purchase and open an account at Razorpay. I had never heard about either of these companies before. It seems to be impossible to contact Razorpay since I don’t have an account there. How do I solve this issue when there’s no way to contact Razorpays customer service, if there is any?!
Edit, reply: There is no option for me at that page you linked too since I’m NOT a customer, nor interested in becoming one. (I’ve tried several of the unsuitable options at that page.) Please get an email address and/or a phone number!!! Or a direct link for cases of fraud like this -if you are interested in preventing fraud and crime!

Dont pay if payment is processed by razorpay. I made a payment which later realized as fraud. I dont get any service So raised refund request.

Razorpay is horrible
If you are a merchant then do you get Razorpay as your payment partner. They never resolve issues. There is no customer service number and you will keep raising tickets on their dashboard and they will not call back. They will hold your payments till you give them documents. And when you give the documents they will want more documents. And they will keep escalating the matter without reaching anywhere. Then you will give up.

Zero stars for Razorpay..unfortunately for Muzigal ...Razorpay is our payment partner. Being a partner of Muzigal indiranagar we are using POS from Razorpay..Razorpay had conveniently started diverting my POS payments to some random account which my accountant realised after 10 months as we were not able to tally the accounts..shamelessly Razorpay has been deferring 2 lacs of the outstanding payments from a long time despite highlighting the issue from 2 months..third class customer care third class Escalation team absolutely no response to emails neither they have been able to acknowledge the issue forget paying 2 lacs..pathetic is a small word..these guys have no accountability..worst ever experience..
