It's not easy to get a withdrawal late…
It's not easy to get a withdrawal late on a Friday.
It's impossible to transfer money from the cease access account to make a new term account.
Luckily I'm a long standing customer and know how to manage my finances.

I opened a 2 year fixed term Cash ISA on the strength of my wife's positive opinion of her experience with RCI. Everything was straightforward and explained really well. Texts and emails were timely reporting the application progress. I have to agree it has been an excellent move. NSI could learn a thing or two about customer service.

One complaint was I was not offered an ISA account when reinvesting on maturity of an account. This created a slight problem in that I had to open an easy assess account for the maturity investment cash and then remember to transfer cash into an ISA

A nightmare customer
I have banked with RCI for around 12 years now. I decided to open another account with them. Not being the best super brain on the planet I phoned them and they were happy to help me open this new account. The people I had to help me were exceptional. Both being helpful, patient and easy to understand. I am not saying that it took 2 minutes because it didn't. Not the fault of the bank but mine. It takes me a long time to get to grips with things. They were marvelous. Finally it took around 20 minutes to complete all due to me. I am now the owner of a new bank account which is working perfectly. My money is safe and secure in an account I easily understand and can use.Great helpful staff. What more could I ask for.
