Very easy to do business with RCI - competitive interest rates and slick service / website make a very good proposition.

I can’t praise RCI highly enough. I found setting up a savings account very straightforward. Their communication is excellent and the information they send is clear and easy to understand. Customer service is first class and it is very easy to get in touch with RCI. When I recently had a query about my savings I got a response in a very short period of time. I recently downloaded the RCI app and this lets me access my account information even more easily. I just wish RCI offered a current account because I would swap to them immediately (the bank I am currently with is virtually impossible to get in touch with unless you prefer to interact with a bot rather than a human being).

I telephoned RCI and the call was answered without delay. I was ringing to seek reassurance that all was well re a planned withdrawal. I spoke to David who was very helpful and he clarified everything for me.

I have a Freedom Easy Access account and 2 fixed term accounts. Opening the accounts was simple and then it's just a matter of sitting back and forgetting about them until maturity. Would highly recommend

Accounts are easy to set up, the website is clear and straightforward to use and the interest rates are competitive. I have never needed any help so I have not needed to speak to anyone so cannot comment on telephone interaction.

You sent me an e-mail saying you had received my maturity options. Then, shortly before maturity, you e-mailed me to say that as you had not received my maturity options, you would create another account of your choice. Something went badly wrong here.

My wife and in have used RCI for several years and always very reliable and efficient. The app is simple to navigate, secure and has multi use facets. RCI are currently very competitive on savings accounts and will always get our support if they continue. Highly recommend

Needed to renew a fixed term deposit but only wanted to use half of the existing FTD. I found the process confusing but was talked through it by a helpful member of the team who was very patient when I made mistakes

The interest rates were good and the website was easy to navigate. I had no reason to contact customer services, so I'm unable to comment, although I've heard only good reviews.

I have been saving with RCI for several years, with no issues. The app is simple and easy to use. I think the savings offers are very good.

Open a 1 yr Bank Bond which was simple enough. Postal authenticated receipt received and updated, no issues there. Email and texts received when deposits, via bank transfer, have been placed. Competitive fixed rate brought me here and so far, so good, extremely happy.

RCI Bank was recommended to me by my partner who has always been very satisfied with his account. It's early days for me but so far so good.
