Worst experience

Worst experience, First they give me wrong ip address i purchased US one but they give me UAE one then i asked them to change it to USA after asking so much they changed it to USA but then it was getting too much laggy looks like not the package i purchased and finally it stops working when I reach them out they responded MR. daniel they cannot fix it and after that no respond i send the couple of emails but no respond so i'll simply initiate the dispute with my bank

The worst service and bad customer handling done by Mr. Daniel and Maxime CTO

Hello, as we often inform our clients, it can happen that some delivered IPs are still located, by external operators, in other countries.

This is a cache issue, and corrections are made each time we receive new IPs.

We change the IP addresses free of charge, and you should normally have been able to benefit from this.

Best vps ever

For the first time I spent money on this rdp, I would say that this is the best vps provider, after a mistake from myself they gifted me a free ip change. Their customer service is reactive on open hours and I will probably renew the experience next months!
