Like the idea and concept, happy with pre and after sales help
I first saw Re-Art in 2019 March in Aalborg during an event. I bought 2 pictures for our home. Since then, pictures caught some good attentions by our guests :-). Besides, I always like to have something unique on my walls.
Lately, I bought a few more pictures online. Jette was very helpful and send me a video showing each picture I want to buy. At the end, I mobile paid her and receive pictures within the same week. Later me and my girlfriend realized that some of the pictures were not fitting well in the concept that we were trying to create on our wall. But there were nothing wrong with the pictures itself. Anyways, I reached Jette to ask if I can return some of the pictures and replace with the others. She was very helpful. At the end, we replaced some pictures and now we are happy :-)
Overall, we like the idea and concept of Re-Art, and we are satisfied with pre and after sales help.
