The product that I ordered was made during the first major wave of the pandemic and took longer than expected to arrive. I wrote to Kim to inquire on the situation and he immediately responded by offering a refund or to re-ship the product. I chose the latter, and within 10 days discovered that the original shipment had finally arrived. I offered to return the second shipment and Kim insisted that I keep it "for my troubles". Very generous offer considering that the original shipment delay was out of Reachgenius' control! I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.

Fantastic products, fast shipping!

This is my second order on RG and generally said I'm satisfied with their products. But in this case the order did not arrive even though I chose next day delivery express shipment (from and to Europe). I also wrote to customer support twice, but didn't get any response at all.

I will update this review in case, because the first time everything worked out perfectly fine.

As far as the products I'd say it is too early to say.

The NSI-189 seems to be en par with the previous that I tried from another manufacturer. I am slightly curious about the size of the capsules. Both brands serve the recommended 40mg dosage, but the ones from ET were much smaller and contained NSI-189 only and no magnesium stearate. I haven't found any article that proves the additive to be harmful so I guess it doesn't matter?

Semax/Cemakc: I've started with the low dose of 200ug/one spray. Hard to put the finger on, but something is going on. My memory and overall mental clarity is on the increase. Since I have not isolated any one of the supplements I take it is hard to tell exactly how much of what either of them do. Also I am more in it for the NGF and BDNF for an increase in long term mechanical gains rather than a short stimulative boost, in that regard it is too early to tell. A side note that may or may not be of concern: it was not shipped in an ice-pack which other vendors offer. Apparently it is susceptible to heat degradation, but then again, I fail to find any specifics on temperature and duration of heat exposure that makes any difference. I had my goods delivered in two days, the package/box was notably warm when DHL handed it over (I live in the very southern Europe). Maybe it makes a difference, maybe not.

Noopept: I have followed the advice found on the internets and started small with 10mg, and another 10mg a few hours later a few times. I think I've noticed a slight bump in clarity and mental stamina, but can't rule out placebo at this point. Further testing needed.

All in all I give five stars based on what I can grade at all as of yet. I def got an impression of the company and guys behind it as being reliable and serious, apart from friendly.

Good! Minus that the container is in plastic and not a glass bottle. But delivery on time and product is good.

Great stuff, just lacking information / scientific studies to start off the research.
