I’ve been a member of Reading in Heels for about 5 months now and I love it. I’ve had 5 books that I would never have picked up myself and I’ve enjoyed 4 of them. I did read the 5th and it was good, just not quite up my street - still, I think 4 out of 5 is a damn good hit rate! I would say the box was worth it if it was just about the book, but the little extra’s you get in it are such a treat, and the fact that there are a good few little gifts in each box makes it even more worth it. There’s always a sweet treat, usually a drink (artisan coffee or tea), always a beauty product and usually something relaxing like a face mask, some relaxing balm etc. The little gifts are usually always from small businesses and I have actually gone on to place orders with the company for three of the gifts we’ve had. I look forward to getting my box (which, incidentally, always fits through my letterbox so I don’t have to worry about where my parcel will end up in my garden!) every month. I’m saving up my next 3 books to take on holiday with me in August. Well worth the monthly subscription!!

Been getting the box for just under a year. Had no issues with delivery. Haven’t always like the book but that’s the risk you take. Beauty products have been good though May’s was a little bit of a let down as include sachets which I don’t consider a treat more a free sample. Definitely worth trying.

I had my first few boxes as a present but have continued to purchase. I look forward to the box arriving. (Fits easily through letterbox). The books are interesting and varied but what they have in common is high quality, thought provoking writing of medium brow ( if there is such a catergory) themes for grown up and intelligent women. I enjoy swapping comments with others through the online book club.
The extras are little treats - good quality beauty products and things to eat and drink. I've used every one so far. Excellent value for so much pleasure.

I have been buying the boxes as one offs for three months and have now decided to subscribe. The contents of the boxes are fabulous- books I would not necessarily find for myself which I have enjoyed reading and discussing and samples of chocolate, tea, coffee, make up.....who knows what you will receive. If I don’t want an item I gift it to a friend. Lovely treats on a monthly basis for less money than a decent wine and just as satisfying.

Absolutely love the reading in heels subscription box, it's such good value for money. Not only do you get a book sent each month from a diverse array of authors, but you also get a great selection of little goodies. Definitely recommend.

Had a box for the past three months and loved each one. The books are very good, highbrow but accessible. The treats have been varied and nothing I have seen in the shops or have used before so that's been good. Will I continue to buy? Yes!

I’ve been getting boxes every month for ages and love them so much I ordered a separate subscription for my daughter in law. She loves them too.

Absolutely love getting my RIH box every month. It fits through the door and has amazing treats. Sometimes the book might not be to my taste (but obviously they can't please everyone) but the rest of the treats are always fantastic. The delivery is quick at the start of the month and the boxes are beautifully presented.

I absolutely love getting my book each month. The books are carefully selected and cover a range of genres. I also love the online chat about the texts once we’ve read them. Oh, and then there are the goodies which also accompany the book....what’s not to like.☺️

Really enjoy the RIH box. It fits through the letter box, is always a slightly more obscure book so I haven't already got it and the extras are lovely. Customer service is brilliant. Quick replies and solutions found speedily. Would highly recommend as a treat each month 😊

I've had a subscription for almost a year now and I absolutely love getting my box each month.
I've never had any issues receiving my box, neither did those I got 3 month subscriptions for as Christmas presents.
Yes not all the books are ones I'd have chose myself, some of which have led to me finding new authors I enjoy. There's always at least one of the treats I love too.
The boxes are so well thought out and a lovely little treat for yourself.
I really can't recommend Reading in Heels highly enough.

I’m a huge book lover and I absolutely love the reading in heels box. I look forward to it so much every month. I love how I am finding books that o wouldn’t normally read and the little treats in the box every month are just wonderful. This month had a salted caramel marshmallow bar which was the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted. I instantly went and bought some more. It’s so nice to have something every month which is just for me and it feels like a huge treat. You won’t be disappointed.

Brilliant subscription for an avid reader or someone who wants to read more. I’ve now been subscribed for 8 months and I’ve discovered some wonderful reads that I wouldn’t have picked up normally. I’d recommend this 100% and it would make a lovely gift 📚

I only had two boxes from this company as surprises aren’t my thing but wanted to see if I could get used to the idea of getting a book that I might not of heard about. It is an excellent idea the treats I had were things I wouldn’t have normally bought and they were nice. I can’t fault the boxes at all, they just weren’t for me.

Adore these boxes - been subscribed for around 9months now and every single month, the box has been so well thought through. One of the reasons I opted for this box was to read different genres. While I haven’t loved all the books, I have loved reading books that id never pick myself. The treats that come alongside every month are always fab. I’ve only had one issue with delivery where my box got lost in the post, however the support team were so helpful & sent me a new one the same day I reported the issue. Cannot fault the service. Will long be a customer - It genuinely is such a pleasure opening every month!

I’ve been subscribed to Reading In Heels since January 2019 and so far, have never found an issue. The box comes around the same time each month (obviously this is dependant on bank holidays and the postal service) but it has always come! I’ve always found the products to be of good quality and the books to be varied. I haven’t enjoyed all of the books but that’s my personal taste, however it has definitely broaden my horizons in what books I’ve read! I wouldn’t listen to everything you read... the products are picked for you, you can’t pick tea or coffee (I hate coffee but give that to a family member), so if you think you get a choice in the box items, this isn’t for you. I think the box is excellent value for money - you can’t even buy most books brand new for under £10. I’ve found the staff to be of great help and they probably don’t like you discussing delivery on the Facebook page because it’s to discuss the book and not a customer service page. Overall I love the service and have recommended to friends who have also loved RIH!

I was given a 12 month subscription for Christmas and have not yet been disappointed.

The books arrive promptly every month, delightfully packaged and fit straight through my door, so no messing around with being at home to accept deliveries. The goodies have been quite different each month and absolutely delicious!

The books are a genre that I would ordinarily not go for, which is refreshing. I’ve haven’t enjoyed all of them, but I certainly have enjoyed the book club that follows at the end of each month. You don’t have to love the book! It’s about broadening your reading and ultimately this is what Reading in Heels has done for me.

Beautiful boxes but the customer service is appalling. There was a problem with the payment for one of my boxes and I contacted them time and time again in an attempt to resolve things but ended up having to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Customer services will reply to your initial email asking for more info but then won’t reply when given that info. The owner, is rude and unhelpful. It’s such a shame because the concept is great. I think it took me two months and around 30 emails to then end up having to go to PayPal for help. Disgusting way to treat customers. And they know they have problems as the owner asks people on Facebook to give positive reviews. And also asks people not to discuss delivery issues on the Facebook page. How about sorting the delivery issues so that there aren’t any to discuss?

Lovely box every week... also within the first few days of the month and fit through my letter box now problem.

Was given this as a gift subscription but will renew when the gift runs out.
