I ordered a ring with the size. The ring came and it was too small for every finger on my hand. I reached out to find out what their return process was.
I contacted them to tell them that the ring they sent was no where near the size I ordered. I sent multiple messages to them and I was ignored for weeks.
It was only when I contacted PayPal that they replied to my messages.
They refused to return my money to me. They finally offered to give me half of my money back and I could keep the ring.
I spent 100.00 on a ring that’s too small for every finger.

My fiancee is very happy with her ring, but the wait was far too long. I had to email several times to find the status. Customer service replied quickly, but almost four weeks is unacceptable and beyond the latest date they promised on their shipping page. The ring traveling from LA to Seattle.

I absolutely love the ring but it is not the correct size. I have sent several emails and tried calling but the voicemail box is always full. I just want to return and reorder the ring. I haven't been able to get a response from the company. The ring is too small. The invoice # is 2095705. This review is for I heart jewels.

I am the happy recipient of one of your beautiful rings, an engagement symbol I could not love more if it were made of Tiffany diamonds. I do not live in a world where spending thousands of dollars is necessary or impressive. I treasure my stunning ring and wear it with pride.

I canceled an order shortly after placing the order because I realized I wanted the smaller size ring. It took more than 2 weeks from time of cancelation request for them to finally cancel the order and still have not yet received the refund. They offered me a lower price if I would keep my order. Then offered me an additional amount off (but only on my next order) to make my "first experience with them a good experience". I didn't want to accept the additional discount for a future order because I haven't even what their jewelry actually looks like in person. They wouldn't give the additional discount on the current order (but smaller ring). They are not based in the US. Any interaction with customer service is all via email and takes at least 24+ hrs to get a response. Terrible customer service. This was my first experience with the company. I will not be purchasing from them in the future. Would not recommend them.

I absolutely love the ring I purchased - totally five stars. I would have rated five stars but the shipping notification and delivery timing wasn’t five stars; perhaps three stars for that.

Grace and your team were incredible and treated me with care, kindness, and integrity, and made me feel like I mattered!! I honestly have not been treated so well by any other company, including Amazon. They gave me exactly what I had wanted and hoped for. I bought something for my mother-in-law's birthday, and she cried at how beautiful it was. There has never been such great customer service and quality. They are absolutely wonderful.

I purchased a three stone heart engagement ring and after 4 months stones from the setting fell out. We reached out to customer service and was told, sorry but the best we can do is send you replacement stones. I even provided pictures as proof. 4 months is all I got to wear a $300+ ring. I loved the ring, now I hate looking at it because of the missing stones. The ring was not set properly and I strongly feel that they should have offered to replace the ring. What good is the product if it was not set properly in the first place. So sad and disappointing. I was considering buying more products for Christmas, now I'll shop on Amazon. At least I know Amazon will back their products. What a damn shame. I will now have to buy a new engagement ring. Wow.

I ordered a moissanite ring which arrived with one of the stones missing. After a moth 3 further stones fell out! I asked for a refund or replacement. They refused.
They sent additional stones which took them 2 months. I took it to a jeweler who told me the prongs would all need to be reset as such poor quality and further stones would fall out. The cost to do that was more than the ring. They offered another ring for $30 which I was not prepared to spend again on such an inferior product. All in all they don't stand behind their product and offer no refunds. Buyer beware!!

My husband gave me this ring as my wedding band. My engagement ring came from ReadYourHeart as well. Love the two pieces together! I recently smashed my hand and caught my rings in a door jam. I crushed this ring and lost one stone. I found it but the prongs were damaged pretty badly. A local jeweler wanted almost 4 times the cost of the ring to fix it. so, I just ordered another one. Love it as much as the first one!

Read Your Heart jewelry is absolutely stunning but how does it hold up? Perfectly 🥰. I shower while wearing the jewelry. I garden and clean the house. I tend to my chickens and their coop. I wear the engagement ring and wedding band 24/7. Truly, I love the jewelry it is strong and gorgeous 😍.

Over two weeks since 110$ order was placed and was told I need to contact GOFO myself to find it. No tracking was provided. This is not acceptable nor customer friendly. Will file a complaint with my cc company for non receipt of product. Will never purchase from them again and will be sharing poor customer service/company experience on social media.

The Read Your Heart team truly went above and beyond for me! I asked for a customized piece (green emerald cut stone, 3 carats, with tapered baguettes). The team was so helpful and kind - and the finished product was *stunning* I can't say enough good things about these folks. Highly recommend!!

I have been searching for a beautiful "V" initial for years. I haven't found any that looked good or no one had my initial. To have found a beautiful moissanite "V" was surprising and worth the wait.
