I see all the beautiful jewels and styles, shapes and choices, incredibly perfect and glorious, the help and sending went great, never any other will have my purchases and business.

Ordered $100 dollar necklace. Told that in order to get in here by Valentines day to pay an extra 15, which was promptly paid. Received email that it would not be here until after, offering other pieces. Total scam don't go near the site. Feb 26, 2025. The money paid was refunded. Proceed with caution.

The workmanship of my ring was unacceptable. A small stone fell out a little after the 30 day return period and I only wore it occasionally during the time I had it. They said they would not replace it but would send me a loose stone. Now I have to pay someone to have it fixed. I am very disappointed to say the least.

I absolutely love my new ring and so happy that it is all that I expected.....I will certainly purchase from them in the future because they tell the truth about their products.....

PRIOR TO ORDERING I ASKED ABOUT RESIZING!! I WAS NOT TOLD UNTIL AFTER I RECEIVED ITEM THAT BC OF STYLE OF RING, IT WOULD BE BETTER TO ORDER EXACT SIZE NEEDED. THEY SAY I CAN RETURN ITEM AND EXCHANGE FOR EXACT SIZE AT NO CHARGE!!!! THATS ALL FINE/GOOD. I HAVE ASKED REPEATEDLY FOR ADDRESS TO MAIL ITEM AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY. Their return policy is only 30 days from date received so the clock is ticking. I think they are trying to run the time out by not answering thst question and then im stuck with a ring i cant resize or return!!!! They were VERY SLOW to reply to my emails and tracking # did not show any information UNTIL I filed a dispute!

Would give 0 stars if I could!!!!!! NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

The first ring I ordered is so beautiful that I ordered two more - one with a sapphire, and the other with a two carat diamond. Thank you.

The ring I purchased has been the best quality of any that I have ordered on the internet. It is BEAUTIFUL. for the first time, I am so happy with this purchase. You can not go wrong with this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would: BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY—THEY MAKE IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN FOR A REFUND!

I repeatedly asked for the return address so I could return the rings I purchased but do not want. You can’t just return to the place that shipped the rings, apparently, so if you look closely you will not find an address. As I sent an email requesting the return address, I received replies offering me other deals, but failing to provide the return address. These deals were “keep the rings, and here’s a $120 store credit”, which means I am out all of my money. Then after several more emails, they replied that they would be willing to refund me $80 of the $160 I spent. I am beyond frustrated by their customer service. BEWARE and do not order from this company as they will not issue you a refund, but instead negotiate to have you “keep” your purchase. They say their headquarters is in Los Angeles, but that is a shell company, I think.

If you follow their instructions, all your questions will be answered. Make sure you include your purchase number along with your correct E-mail. My purchase came on the exact date that they stated. I am very happy with our purchase, and I highly recommend Read Your Heart.

The ring met every expectation I had and then some. Although it wasn’t insanely expensive, it looks like it was and is very good quality. It shipped quickly and I would absolutely recommend a purchase from here if you’re thinking about it.

The return policy is costly, and I had to send it to another RYH customer (who was pleased to receive it and contacted me because of the strange procedure). I sent it via UPS as I only had 3 days to return it ($26), I also lost the discount ($10), so I won't be ordering again unless I get a full refund from my bank. RYH has lost a good repeat customer because of this.
Update: Today, I received a full refund! Thanks so much - I'll be making more purchases in future!

I have yet to receive my ring:
1) After initially ascertaining the scheduled delivery date, I requested it be sent to my friend's address in another state (where I was visiting at the time)
2) Jewellery was NOT delivered during the scheduled time.
3) After returning home I requested that ReadYourHeart reroute, and go ahead and send it to me at home. (My friend went on a trip, and would be gone several days).
4) Again, to date, I have yet to receive my gorgeous ring. Please send it! I've only given positive reviews to date, but this...is different.

This ring is absolutely stunning. I probably bought 4-5 from another vendor trying to find THAT SPECIAL ONE. And then I saw this one and took a chance. It it THAT SPECIAL ONE. Gorgeous and when the sun hits it WOW. Almost afraid to wear it for fear of getting mugged. Beautiful ring, great price and fit and good shipping. Highly recommend.

It was easy to place my order and I received my order faster than I expected. Customer service kept me informed the entire time. (When I ordered several rings about 6 months ago, one of my rings was missing. After checking with their staff, they confirmed the ring had not been included and they shipped it to me immediately). The type of rings I ordered this time were different than others I've gotten from the past. The stones are good ones, but not round, they are princess cut, and sparkle a little differently. I like them because they look like antiques, like something my grandmother would have worn.

Ordered on 9/24/2024 and the item still has not shipped as of 10/3/2024. My requests for an update have been ignored for days now. Terrible customer service.

Update: Received the ring on 10/4/2024 so apparently it shipped, but the process was still kind of long coming from California to Arizona. The biggest problem is my messages went unanswered. Overall the ring is nice. Sparkles nicely in the sun and under lights. Ring is rated 5, customer service is rated 1 for no response to my messages.

Very upset , ordered rings September 15th for my daughter, paid $15 extra for quick shipping, 2/5 days, finally heard from Holly on the 24th after numerous emails, she said she would let me know when it shipped , I asked since it had not shipped was I able to change the size as my daughter wanted a different size than I order , she emailed back yes I could , I told her great and let me know when it ships, it is now October 3rd and crickets, I’m not happy, zero replies ..I spend $211.00 , thinking about telling CC this is a fraud company ..any suggestions thanks in advance

I found green moissanite earrings to match my ring, they are every bit as beautiful. The rose ring with ruby is so much prettier than the picture! I love this company, the prices and the quality of the jewelry.
