HORRIBLE AT SOLVING ISSUES
I have never experienced the problems I've had with this company ever since it switched from Primo Brands. Every month I have to call to get cups taken off our bill. We never buy or receive cups they just continue to bill us for them. I never realized how few water companies there are until I went looking for a new one. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere at all costs!!!!

For multiple months in a row they change your delivery date multiple times and then this time they even cancelled my delivery and claimed I self cancelled. When I reached out via text their solution was a small credit and a delivery in two days. They are not reliable or dependable. Ill be cancelling my service, if I’m paying for something I expect to get what I pay for and NOT a monthly run around.

I have not been receiving any text or email reminders that a delivery will be made. Hence, I arrive home and find the large 5 gallon water containers just sitting out on the porch. I have not left the refills out to be picked up and I am starting a large collection of the empty 5 gallon containers in my garage.
Horrible service
Horrible service! They rarely brought the correct order. I would order 1 case of water bottles and three, 3 gallon jugs; they would bring me 3 cases of water. One time they gave me three 5 gallon jugs. I never knew what order I was gonna end up with.
Terrible Transition to Primo
We went without delivery for 3 months. Every time they promised a delivery, it did not come. We did this 5 different times of placing the TWELVE empty water bottles out and had to continue to bring them back in. Terrible customer service. Zero communication. Use a different water provider if you can.
I may change my mind this year
I may change my mind this year, but last year when they were supposedly going through some big corporate changes they were terrible! I didn't get my water, they would delay three or more times then cancel. I had gotten one of their coolers and I couldn't get it serviced and when I tried to return it because I wasn't getting service or water they tried to charge me... I had a rep come to my office, he swears they are doing better this year and everything is running smoothly now so we will see...
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE …
I received (3) 5 gallon bottles of DeerPark water on December 17th that are not mine. I am 77 and am unable to move these bottles making it difficult to get deliveries or for me to safely get out my front door. I have called Customer Service at least 6 or 7 times for someone to come get these and even spoke to a Supervisor only to be told someone would be out to get them. It's now January 5th and these bottles are still at my door. I wonder if who was supposed to get these bottles is still waiting for their delivery. I can only imagine what kind of service their paying customers receive.

We canceled our account in October 2025…
We canceled our account in October 2025 and they were supposed to come pick up the dispenser that same week. No one showed up for the pick up appointment, so we called again. Same thing. Finally, after calling for two months, they came and got it. Now they are trying to charge me for the dispenser rental for all the months they didn't come get it after the account was closed. A complete failure of a company and very, very shady in their billing practices.
Very happy with provider
RR has been delivering Arrowhead bottled water to us for eleven years now. Deliveries always on time. The few bumps were quickly smoothed out by customer service.

Great water
So far so good. Deliveries have been on time and convenience of hot or cold mountain spring water on demand is worth the extra cost. Also nice not to have to deal with those cases of bottled water.
