Not as satisfied with Ready Refresh yet as I was with Primo. Since they bought Krystal Springs, the delivery time is unreliable at times but the customer service is good.

Creating orders without my consent

They created a scheduled order on my account on Friday afternoon due to "route changes," and now I am not able to cancel it because it's being prepared.

Also, because it was created on Friday after business hours, I am unable to reach a live agent. Now, I have a scheduled water delivery for Monday, despite having already had my next delivery skipped, and I had spoken to an agent before making sure that the next delivery was skipped.

Started delivering my full order twice…

Started delivering my full order twice as frequently with no notice and billed me for all of them. These people are just the dumbest and most frustrating people to deal with. They take something as simple as dropping off bottles of water and just F it all up beyond belief. They over bill you, deliver the wrong things, deliver on the wrong days, and done even get me started about them delivering bottles and "forgetting" to take the empties back. I'm furious with these people and you can't even get a hold of their customer service. Trash! Do not do business with these idiots

Horrible Service and Water Not Delivered for Weeks!

If I could give a few negative stars, I would do that. I have been without water for almost 2 months. I have called, emailed and messaged almost every day. I have been promised repeatedly that my delivery would not be rescheduled (delayed)again but it has been rescheduled (by the company) about 12 times! My payment has always been current and I have always followed their rules but after being without water for so long and having to purchase it elsewhere anyway, I have finally canceled service and am waiting for them to pick up the dispenser (in house) and 14 empty bottles that have been on my porch for weeks.

They cancelled our service without…

They cancelled our service without permission. We got it fixed and they were supposed to deliver on 12/5. They rescheduled it for the 9th and said they attempted to deliver and they didn't. Rescheduled for the 11th and same thing. Customer service is not in the United States and they refuse to transfer you to anyone and will not fix the situation. We are cancelling our service.

ReadyRefresh is such a reliable and convenient service. Deliveries always arrive on time, the drivers are friendly, and everything is placed exactly where I need it. The water quality is great and the whole process makes my life so much easier. Ordering and adjusting deliveries is simple and fast. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend ReadyRefresh to anyone who wants stress-free, dependable water delivery.

My reoccurring monthly order is 5…

My reoccurring monthly order is 5 bottles. This month I edited the order to 3 bottles prior to the deadline. I received an email confirmation for 3 bottles. 5 bottles were delivered and I was charged for 5 bottles. This issue has happened before where o edit the order, but the standard monthly amount is delivered and charged.
Every year the service gets more expensive, which to a certain degree is ok, but the service quality has declined.

Not happy with their customer service…

Not happy with their customer service and pricing. They are hard to reach. We needed a replacement for the dispenser, they sent us a used one that had a rusted nail lying inside. When we received bed it, we assumed it was new and started using it right away. It wasn’t until the cleaning 2 months later that we saw how badly the nail was rusted. It makes no sense to have a rusted nail sitting inside.

Ready to refresh is the best water in the world! We have been buying it for many many years and would not buy any other water! They deliver it to your door and have always been very reliable! We have been with them for many years, probably close to 30! And wouldn’t go anywhere else for our water!

Nice virility to choose from

Nice variety to choose from. Wish prices were flat / chipper and approachable. The communication and customer service after purchase was great. Even I ordered late tulips came right on time before weather got below 0. So happy with the whole experience.

Great, but lately not so much

Have been using this service for several months with no problems but recently they've been messing with my delivery days, have missed delivering, and customer service is not great. Hopefully, they figure it out soon, whatever is going on right now, and their wonderful performance resumes

I have been setting my account to…

I have been setting my account to deliver every three months for what seems like years. Every time I set up a delivery every 3 months it gets reset back to every month which I find out when the truck is at my house - and it's too late as I haven't put out my empties and I get charged even if I don't take any bottles that day. You need to fix this!
