Thank you so much for your kind words, enjoy the book :)
Ordering was easy online
Ordering was easy online, clear descriptions and told us which seed tray went with which gravel tray. Then parcel came on time and packaged very well in recyclable materials. They’re already in use and feel robust and professional standard.

Great service
Great selection of products for a niche industry. Items arrived promptly and well packaged. Would have been 5* but now charging £3.95 for delivery on a £1400 me no like.

Brilliant customer service!!
The customer service was second to none, in dealing with my queries. As I wasn't in when UPS delivered part of my order wasn't delivered to my local access point. When I rang I was assured that they would send me a replacement if the part didn't arrive by the end of the day. Then Lee guided me through how to connect my garden rake together, including sending me a short video of how to do it. Thank you for your patience

Fabulous products as always
Fabulous products as always! The postman left it outside in the rain, but thankfully the helpful folks at Reag had popped our new book in a ziplock bag and it was pristine, even if the box was very soggy!

Great Service, Good products
Despite the lousy weather, the driver had a warm smile and cheerfully lugged 3 heavy parcels along the corridor. Again, your delivery service - like your customer service - is great! Thank you.

Thanks so much for this review Fiona, means a lot. And we are so glad to hear the delivery driver was great too, sometimes that feels out of our control so it is great to hear they continue our ethos :) Thank you
