Bought a camera from them via ebay. Described as not working with a specific fault (which I was happy with) but otherwise in 'good cosmetic condition'. It was a heap of rubbish with physical damage to the camera making it beyond repair (it was sold as spares/repair). I contacted them and suggested a partial refund in which case I would have kept the camera for spare parts but I got no reply so returned it. They then accused me in their feedback of being dishonest. They said they responded to my message, which they didn't, and claim the camera was 'as described' which it clearly wasn't. Liars! I gave them neutral feedback which I thought was generous and they could have just accepted that and moved on but, no, they decided to denigrate me and call ME dishonest. I would strongly recommend buyers look elsewhere.

Hello. I went into the Manchester store for a graduated filter and was, more or less, laughed out of the shop by one of the staff... Either a Harrison or a Harry, sadly cannot recall exact name. He told me this did not exist as he had never heard of one. After this, and Real Camera's record of lowballing older folk like me, I will not be returning.

I will put today's date as this happened a few weeks ago.

Just received my 3rd item from Real Camera Co.
As before, excellent quality at a fair price. Very quick (RM Next Day).
Now one of my favourite suppliers.

Second time used these guys and would def recommend them day out in Manchester for me. But the highlight is service here and a visit to the shop. Stars 🌟

Excellent, no nonsense service from Harry in Liverpool. Sold some gear for a fair price, received the payment as promised on the same day. Will consider buying in future as it looks like they have a great range of equipment and know what they are talking about. Thanks again.

Bought a 24-70mm F2.8 lens for a quite a lot of money and it had a fault despite them telling me it had a full check. I had started using it after their grace period so wanted to charge for fixing it.
Won't use again.

Bought a item on eBay left feedback then they got it removed. Do yourself a favour a buy somewhere else. Dishonest seller not recommended.
