I bought several consignments of bags, and the coffee was really nice. But then – one order failed to arrive (was it ever despatched? lost in the post?). An email and 3 phone calls proved fruitless, and I was fobbed off with “We will get back to you” (they never did). Customer care skills – atrocious. This shows the hazard of buying online, and giving money on a promise (at least I only lost £36.05!), and trying to support small, local businesses; come back supermarket brands, all is forgiven! Indeed, a company to be avoided.

I have been a subscriber of coffee bags for 4 months. I received the first shipment of bags and no others. I have been locked out of my account on there website. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. Avoid this company!
