5 stars for a balanced and honest platform
I have given a 4 star rating to RealSelf for the reason that this site ‘seems’ to express the communication of genuine people and not from deceptive advertisers and their creative writers.
The site allows for reality to be shown, risks posed, mental health consequence possibilities and photographic depictions to establish facts.
The site is a highly recommended site, in my opinion, for those needing a wholistic comprehension and reality check, when considering cosmetic treatment and surgery as well becoming more familiar with cosmetic surgery and its potentialities.

You would not accept my phone number to validate my account. And the message that I might be a physician's office gaming the system was offensive.
It took two and a half days or more to post my honest review for someone who I thought did a very good job.
Next, I was told that I could not review a stellar skincare professional in tucson because she was a physician's assistant.
She is better than any physician and believe me, I have taught hundreds.
So the fact that your site only allows MDS to be rated and not everyone who does an excellent job, perhaps a much better job than any physician in the state, is also offensive.
Please remember that an MD is only a professional degree....Just like a PA.
Unless you're providers have a PhD, they really don't matter that much.

Not a trustworthy site
Avoid signing up for marketing with this company. Not only is it expensive but it does little to enhance your business except drain your wallet. Worse yet, if you discontinue their service, they are completely unhelpful at removing malicious, false reviews. You cannot even respond to the review unless you restart a profile with them!! Patients should not trust a site where false reviews are allowed and doctors shouldn’t either as money is more important than reputation to this company. So, as you can see from their response, they leave completely false reviews on their site so anyone can say anything about a doctor to destroy their reputation with impunity. Other sites have removed the malicious review but RealSelf offered assistance by having an account manager contact me by email in order to sign back up.

Useful but not easy to navigate for information

Mini facelift and neck lift
Dr. Campbell and his staff genuinely care about their patients and their outcome. I had consultations with a few other doctors but after meeting Dr. Campbell I knew he was the best choice for what I wanted to have done. He’s an expert with facial procedures and has over 20 years of experience. Also, I didn’t need to be put under anesthesia!! The technique he created allows for that. I’m not quite a month out but the healing is going well. Looking forward to my 2 month follow up.

I am a provider
I am a provider. I signed up for a 6 month term. Within a short time any email I sent to the reps bounced. The review link provided didn't work. (after I finally found a way to contact the billing department last week it "miraculously was working and I got a review.) They auto billed me for another 6 months and refuse to remove the charge even though I cant even access the page to add to my profile.
