You send my box of side rails but left out u brackets to put on truck. Then you tell me it could take up to twenty days to get those in. First you shouldn’t send the side rails unless you have all items necessary to install side rails. Now I have these sitting around while waiting on you to send the rest so I can install. Bad customer service man!

I think this is the most expensive truck bed cover you can buy. When it showed up without the canister mounting bolts (there are 6) I was very disappointed. I contacted customer service, gave the order number, my name, and email, and asked if the missing screws could be sent ASAP so I could finish the install. Two days later they wanted me to provide my name, shipping address, information about the packaging, locate a serial number on the product among other things. I explained I was out of town and these items should all be attached to my order number and asked them to look it up and send the screws. They refused. Instead of providing good customer service and helping me get the missing screws I needed (which probably cost less than $1) to finish install when I got home, they required me to find info they already had and refused to send me the parts timely so I could finish the install when I got home. I went to a hardware store and bought the parts myself and I’m leaving this review to let others know not to deal with this company if customer service is important to you.

This place is a clown show! Sent me $2500 dollars worth of parts. All wrong!! Their installation instructions are terrible and don’t even pertain to the correct products. Phone calls are rarely answered and if they do answer they are absolutely no help. Incredibly frustrating experience. Do business with someone else

Everytime I order something I guess I just have bad luck. First time it took 2 months to receive. The second time half the order came, 2 front bumper shackles, only one arrived. The other half was labeled damaged and I never saw it. I had to call several times to get them to reorder the item that was listed as "damaged." How do you "damage" a shackle? I have read alot of similar complaints not associated with RealTruck. RealTruck reviews are all 5 star reviews? My re-order shackle keeps getting delayed, extending arrival time! Still waiting. I am going to be very reluctant to order anything in the future since RealTruck to me is associated with "fishy" delays. I am used to receiving items from everyone else much faster. I don't have to call several times inquiring as to where my purchased items are. The customer service talks very nicely but the sense of urgency is not there. Action speaks louder or the lack of. So many people ordering things so if a few people aren't satisfied it's an acceptable part of your business. Your still making tons of money right. You just don't care!

They used to be great. I've been using them for 20? years. No more. Can't even get an update on my order. Checked my order, everywhere it was cancel Order? Waiting to see how long it takes.

I have the Real Truck Roll n Lock tonneau cover that was purchased just over 3 years ago. Cover started to develop issues with the coating bubbling. Contacted Real Truck and they didn’t seem surprised by the issue and said it was covered by the warranty as it’s a product defect but unfortunately the warranty had just expired a few months ago and they denied coverage and any help. Do all these types of covers suffer from these types of issues after a few years at the 2k price point. Also pretty surprised for that price Real Truck would just deny coverage for a product in that price range. Any recommendations for a cover that will last longer than the Real Truck or companies that will stand behind their product a bit better?

Fantastic experience with RealTruck from start to finish! Their website was easy to navigate, and Lindzy provided excellent online customer service. My tonneau cover arrived quickly, came with everything needed, and was a easy to install. The cover looks great on my truck and works with ease.

I must say I did finally accomplish what I was trying to do with the chat person after approximately 45 minutes. But it was definitely difficult. The individual would not answer any question. The only reply you would get is a statement of choice. Quite frustrating when a simple yes or no answer would have been the simplest.
Oh well, it worked, and I found out what I was trying to achieve finally when I got a link to the Internet website. But man it was difficult.

I purchased a $1,000+ truck bed cover, and the attachment clips that secure the cover to the truck bed are held on with what appears to be only about 1/4” of adhesive. After one hot South Florida summer, all of the attachment clips have come completely unglued from the cover.

The cover is now completely useless. I’ve tried applying additional adhesive myself, but it will not hold up in the Florida heat.

I have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails, and I have not received a single response from the company. For a product costing over $1,000, I expected much better quality and, at the very least, some form of customer service.

I would strongly recommend potential customers think twice before purchasing from this company. A $1,000+ cover should not become completely unusable after one summer, especially when the company refuses to respond to repeated attempts to get help.

Went looking for a tonneau, ended up buying more than that because of the great sales staff! Great Customer service on the sales side of the operation!

Purchased a Real Truck (RT) Elevate Base Truck bed rack. The 4 towers are lockable/removable. One of the tower's locks doesn't work; it isn't key'd correctly. All I asked RT to do was send me 1 replacement tower - key'd to the original defective one. I received several vague emails with incomplete instructions, often from different representatives, asking for the same information (isn't there a common log?). They refused to replace just the defective tower but instead wanted to send me a complete new rack - which seems ok on the surface - but requires me to uninstall the original - then re-install the replacement - then pack up and ship the original. This was "so the engineers can examine the defective tower." I think my suggested solution would still accomplish that without a lot of unnecessary work for me. Buyer beware.

I didn’t know the actual name of the parts I was needing, but the person helping me knew the products well enough to get a part number and a name for what I was needing. This is my third time requiring parts and every time is was a pleasant and professional person assisting me

Nick was very helpful in getting me the product Ford was unable to provide, and at a better cost. Nick saved me time, frustration and money. His level of customer service and the delivery times were all oustanding.

I placed an order several weeks ago. After 10 days and not having my order arrive I emailed them. I was told the item was discontinued. Why they didnt reach out to me regarding this i have no idea. A good business would have reached out right away with my options. Not so. After they said I would be refunded it took an additional 8 days to see my refund. Not good business. I will not order again from. Real Truck as I have had a good experience with another business.
