Terrible customer service
Had a on line chat with one of there representatives on a replacement parts for a Gator EFX hard fold cover. The rep. Said he would get with the manufacturer to see if the part is still available when they open. Don't see why they wouldn't be they still make the cover with the same parts. Never heard back no more buying from this company
Shipper (FedEx) cannot deliver…
Shipper (FedEx) failed to deliver the product. Been waiting (and wasting) 3 days for delivery as the shipper has promised and has never arrived only to be postponed to the next day. I was promised the delivery on 02/25/2026, I was then promised delivery on 02/26/2026, and again on 02/27/2026. I can no longer sacrifice my time and earnings to accommodate FedEx which are the worse shipping service I could imagine.

Had to talk to two different reps to get them to understand what I was needing. The first rep said that the only option was to buy a new cover.
The second rep was able to help me place an order for a kit that you sell to replace the weather-striping for the truck cover.
Revisiting the past.
Actually a partnering company AMP Research was able to help me with a previously installed running board on a used truck I bought. Techs were able to talk me thru issue and determine a cure. Thanks AMP and Real Truck!!!

Do Not Buy From This Store
Stay away from this auto parts retailer. They offered a Visa card rebate on N-Fab side steps and I was in the market so I purchased from Real Truck. I filed for the rebate submitting the information that should have proved I purchased the qualifying item during the time period stipulated in the rebate and they denied my submission, stating I didn't send photos of the side steps installed on my truck and that I could not resubmit additional info or the pictures they asked for ...that was it, it's done. No rebate. So freggin lame. I didn't submit the photos because I hadn't had a chance to install them at that point. I will never purchase anything ever again from this store. There Real Truck, you just lost a customer for life, was that worth the few bucks you offered in your rebate?

Ridiculous shipping delays
I ordered the Lund Stainless LED Bull Bar on 12/04/25 as a Christmas Gift. The receive by date was 12/19/25. I checked the status the week of 12/19 only to see pending fulfillment. I reached out to Realtruck, received an email stating it would take 4 to 10 weeks to ship.
I reached out to Realtruck on 01/06/26 by email asking if this item was going to ship, 01/09/26 Realtruck responds by email informing me of an estimated ship date of 02/18/26. I call customer service on 02/18/26 asking why this item has not shipped. I never got a clear answer but received an email this morning updating estimated ship date to be 04/18/26. I called customer service, cancelled the order and expressed my concerns to Victoria regarding the complaints I have read regarding Realtruck not refunding or delaying your refund. She stated she would request my refund to be expedited. I don't really have high hopes for this to happen. I will be back to complain when problems arise from this refund experience. As for the future, if Reatruck is the only company that has it, I don't need it that bad.
