Don't Waste Your Time
I ordered running boards in October. It is now April. I reached out to RealTruck's Customer Service and received the same automated response of your order will be fulfilled in 8 weeks. I got that message 5 TIMES. Don't waste your time or money.

Great Customer service
Went online and had an issue with ordering an item. Called customer service and gentleman found the correct item and revised part number. Quickly placed my order, processed payment and order was shipped next day. Great customer service and prices are great.
Lacking transparency and only worried about the “sale”
I posted a review that was low- they removed it-
Censorship should not occur for factual reviews. I placed an order with no actual disclosed lead times. I talked to several employees and was advised the manufacturer is slow, they “all” know it and still do not disclose this. Terrible experience, even further terrible customer service.
Terrible Company
One of the worst companies to deal with! They take your money and don't even shop your order. They play games and blame the shipping company FedEx. Finally got a supervisor on the phone and she came clean and said they never had the product to begin with.
Still fighting with them to issue a refund!

I was told 3-5 days dropped shipped. After 7 business days and no shipping tracker. I made contact with Real Truck to find out what’s the hold up. Eventually after getting a hold of them in a two day period. I miraculously got a Fedex shipping info.
Taking advantage of chat option
Chatting with an a gent was very informative and I love that they guarantee a fit for whatever you are looking at or need. The checkout process was a bit slow and clunky but it got the job done.

One most important Question he should of asked How many lug nuts do you have. Every sales person should ask that. Theres a difference of 2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive . 5 or 6 lugs!!! I almost went out to count them!!That question would save sending wrong rims! Don was great to talk to very nice guy.

I've learned my lesson (it was a difficult one) so I will NEVER purchase from your company again. I placed an order through your company and you chose to hire a company for delivery, which I paid for shipping costs. They failed to deliver or follow the delivery instructions that I placed on the order with that company, which caused me not to receive the item for which I paid in full. Since I did NOT hire FEDEX and you did, they are YOUR agent representing your company. Your company is responsible for my loss. And since you failed to take responsibility for the company you hired, I will never give your company an acceptable rating or business.
As you can see by the other reviews, their customer service isn't the best... 28% are 1 star compared to 62% are 5 stars...2,3 and 4 stars are very seldom. Find another business, not this one!

Love the cover, my second one. However did not come with instructions had to download from a barcode,could not get it to download. Had to figure it out on our own.
Horrible customer service
I spoke with a Nicholas in customer service discussing a superlift lift kit. After a few comments I told him I would just go to skyjacker and purchase a lift. He informed me they sold skyjacker also. I told him I live in West Monroe and will go to office and purchase myself. He then began to get and attitude and told me he knows I was lying because skyjacker doesn’t allow that. I informed him I’ve done it before. He kept saying I was wrong and lying again. I ended up hanging up phone. I will avoid buying anything from them. Superlift was so much better before being purchased by real truck.
