Sam, has lied to me. He.told me he was buying my home in Wilhout. Sam had was to assume my VA loan at 3.5 percent. The garage has solar on it. He said he was going to assume this also. Sam had me dangling for over 6 months. My home is now in foreclosure foreclosure. I trusted Sam. I was making no money on this deal. I had 2 other buyers, whom I told them it was already sold. One messaged me the last time when Sam Mother was in nursing home. Sam told me he was still was working on it. This was recent. He will not even man up, pull up his big boy pants and return my over 20 messages or phone calls.. I did not ask for Ernest money because him being an owner of this company
I will report him, the company to ZBN bureau, which is poor to say the least. I am also submitting to the Prescott new paper. Totally disgusting.

"Michelle" acting as an agent of sorts for some other sketchy individual. Claims she's not in the city, so she has to "send" me keys to view the property, and will meet later to exchange funds.

Oh, and I'm already pre-approved by the sketchy owner without ever meeting f:f, nor with any sort of rental agreement or background ck in place.

This is not a real company. They are a scam company fronting as a realty group that does background checks. They prey on students needing housing. They ask you to send money via friends and family through PayPal so you cant file a claim to get the money back. DONT USE!!
