I received a defective item
I received a defective item. So I sent an email and I was offered to return the hoodie to be fully refunded or keep the hoodie and be partially refunded. I chose to return it, since I have no news or answer by email.

Bad customer support
Ordered one of the Mystery Boxes and was super unhappy. Nothing out of the 3 pieces inside was looking good and quality is also not satisfying for the usual prices they ask for. Messaged the customer support by mail - no reply. Messaged them on insta and they replied that they would have a look on my case and contact me again. Never heard of them again. Would not recommend.

Of course I can understand that you don't like the colours and told us that you prefer black tones. But that's not how a mystery box works.

I‘m a huge fan of REAMO
I‘m a huge fan of REAMO! That‘s because I really appreciate well made cuts, a selection of fine fabrics and the also well made execution of the products. In combination with a quik shipping and good customer relation- we got the perfect shopping experience.
It’s feels really great that REAMO is putting so much thought and afford in their clothing, in order to create the best product possible, for a fair price. You really got to appreciate this, in a world full of overpriced fast fashion.
At the end I just want to underline, that I‘m really a fan of the aesthetic of this brand.
