Amazing quality

Every piece I’ve received has been insane quality, from the basics collections to the long sleeves and the track jackets, everything has arrived at my doorstep without a single issue, timeless and tidy garments. In my top 3 fav brands for sure.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Service

Kinda feeling scamed for 180€ i have ordered a new tracksuit, and when i got it. It was to small i asked to get change for bigger size they said if i pay 10€ shipping they will send new one. It hase arrived to them in Spain and since then no one is answering emails for 3 weeks, then i textet them from my fake email with different name and after 24h i got answers from support when i explained what happened no more answers i got from them and not it has been couple days and still nothing. It kinda sad for brand like that to scam their fans…

This was a nightmare.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely frustrating to deal with. When there is a problem, they do everything to avoid taking responsibility and make it almost impossible to get a proper solution.

This company should not be trusted.

Because you ordered, and got your stuff delivered.

But you made a purchase without READING the sales and refund policy.

You AVOIDED your responsability as a customer.

But i dont see you talking about that, just mentioning vague things.

Terrible Customer Service

Genuinely useless when it comes to customer service, back and forth messages and unanswered emails. Even replied asking what size I wanted to exchange and still nothing back. Instagram texting to ask me what the problem is and just not follow up on it months after, it really was a simple task of swapping pants but poor from them!

One of the best clothing brands if not the best. The quality of the clothes the feeling when you where it if unmatched I recommend it for people who want to feel comfortable doing everything like gym, work or just for a walk.

I’m honestly impressed with Trikko

I’m honestly impressed with Trikko! The delivery was extremely fast – much quicker than I expected. The quality of the product is excellent, you can really tell that attention to detail matters to them. The design looks even better in real life and feels premium.

What really stands out, though, is the community support. They are super responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. You don’t just feel like another order number.

Highly recommend Trikko – definitely a 5/5 experience! 🙌

We do not recommend this clothes. Bot me and my girl friend ordered to set of tracksuits, all of them was defected somehow. When we tried to contact them they did not answer.

AVOID THIS BRAND!!!

I placed an order from Trikko back in September 2025, it is currently February 2026 and I have still not received my order. I have been in contact with Trikko representatives multiple times but it feels like I’m getting ignored. I’ve spent close to £300 on this brand just to not receive anything and get completely ignored.

I wanted to support a fellow Moroccan business as I really liked their concept and the clothes looked like they were good material. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you if the clothes are any good as I haven’t received them.

The lack of communication and customer service is a joke, I don’t understand how a business can just take people’s money and not provide the product.

I have tried emailing, DM’ing, I still haven’t received a response. I ordered these clothes for the winter and as a birthday present for my sister so I’m very frustrated in the fact that I’ve had to spend more money to get my sister a replacement gift and more money on tracksuits from another brand since I didn’t receive the ones I ordered.

Like I said, they’ve got a great concept and the marketing/branding is great but the customer service and the wait time does make the purchase worth it at all!!!

I personally wouldn’t recommend this brand to ANYONE, specifically because of the lack of communication and care they have towards their customers.

The only game they're changing is how to scam people.

All hype, zero integrity. They spend all their time curating a vibe and zero time fulfilling orders. It’s ironic how they preach community but silence anyone who asks where their package is.

The aesthetic is just a facade quit trynna seem cool and actually BE cool and answer where the hell my orders at instead of deleting and banning me.

Since this platform purpose is to give a whole perspective about a brand/business to potential new customers, Lets address it.
(Being gamechangers is also about empowering the truth and facing any issue that might happen.)

1. You are rating us with 1 star, just because you are being emotional, after being banned today from the private community of customers. You dont even have our product, so you cant rate it yet. You havent been silent because of vanity. A community has rules, you ignored them and skipped them, therefore you been banned.

2. You placed your first order in the brand during our black Friday Sale, and we had a big problem with this stock being hold in UPS Germany for 2-4 weeks, which is not your fault, of course, but we have been giving weekly if not daily updates. Ibrahim even mentioned in the discord that anyone wanting a refund to private message him. You just ignored them too.

Dont get me wrong, We completely understand your frustration, but we didnt ghost anyone, and as mentioned, offered the refund for anyone interested.

the team is locked in dispatching the rest of orders, even during christmas bank holiday. This wasnt our fault at all (who would have guessed that a courier would close the recepction of bulks on peak period?) but we are the responsibles of fixing it, and thats what we doing.

I dare you to place an order on a normal drop, and if its not shipped out within 48h i pay you double from my pocket.

We havent been running Trikko for 8 years, with a score always above 4, by "being scammers".
