i had a question about my facebook account that was previously hacked. the operator took the time to hear my story and to send me links to try and reestablish my accounts as well as to secure my Facebook and other social media accounts from further damage. the scanning is very fast and it is very easy to understand. i would have never thought to need security on this level; but its become clear that in the changing cyber world we all need this kind of advanced security just for the peace of mind it gives to its customers and the price is nothing when faced with 2 + years of being constantly hacked. thank you @#ReasonLabs for securing my PC and the help with trying to recover my other accounts and emails. a good company starts with caring workers and Alex was very patient and kind.

Every time you RUN the RAV program. You have to BUY now to fix the problems that it finds. Please stop pressuring us to purchase more. Offer 1 full package that cover everything. And then FIX the problem. $$$$ and did not fix the issues found during sweep.

I currently have Norton security. After downloading your program, I had a lot of problems. I presume that your program is not compatible with Norton and they seemed to be fighting each other. I want to remain with Norton. I have eliminated your program from my hard drive and my problems went away. I have requested that you refund the fee I paid to you via PayPal. Please refund my money to Paypal. Thank you for your under standing.
