Absolutely fine and helpful when I wanted something done last year / couple of years ago.
But now keep getting calls about changing things and I have told them numerous times I am not intrested at the moment and am leaving things as they are. At least 3 calls in one morning is just a nuisance and unnecessary when I’ve told them I’m not interested. Puts me off actually speaking to them when I actually do want something.

I had excellent customer service from Eddie because he was very emphatic and asked if I wanted to increase my insurance with sunlife I had rang after my husband died almost two years ago and I didn’t know then how much I could afford. He wasn’t pushy as some people are and talked about the increasing expenses with funerals and such. Really pleased with service and will be asking for Eddie again if I decide to increase cover.

Do not join this company they will give you fault promises and will keep on taking money from your bank account by direct debit even when they promise
To cancel it.I was also promised £150 Amazon voucher by them some time ago by an agent and I have called them up at several times now reminding them off it.Originally I was promised £100 with my old existing policy but decided to cancel this.I then complained I didn’t receive the voucher they promised me which was £100 so as a good will gesture they promised they would give me £150.Perhaps it was a tactic to get me of the phone! I’ve had nothing but hasslewith this company they changed it At each and every time that I do they are delaying this causing considerable distress to me.I would not recommend this company to anyone and I advise anyone to not consider this company.The soon this company liquidates the better.Awful customer service.
