Lovely products and professional customer service

Rebelsmarket is NOT a store, but a mere platform.. In their reply that basically said they hold no responsability, they even admites that they have no say on whatsoever the manufacturer decides, so if you actually order from them, do NOT trust their measurement charts and add an EXPLICIT NOTE WITH YOUR DETAILED MEASUREMENTS.. And make sure your item is not shipped with DHL!

The gothic jacket was actually sent from Pakistan, therefore close to 100% chances that your parcel will go thru custom: fair enough!

They sent me a 3XL jacket that actually was FOUR (4) inches short of their advertised size chart on both chest and waist! They sent another one in a rush with the teen size armpit (11”) for a 25” chest (50” all around). Worst thing worst, I had to pay TWICE custom and custom clearance fees which turned out to cost 70$ (the price of the jacket).

Rebels market didn’t even bother to ask to resend the wrong sized jacket as it’d cost them more in shipping than the cost to manufacture.
Because it was the manufacturer’s fault, I requested a refund of the second custom fees but they haven’t even replied, and yet it’s the middle of the week.

Update : I did get a reply but still waiting on refund. They would have to send a 3rd jacket to reach satisfactory status, but hey, who wants to pay custom clearance 3 times for the same item 🤔..

I would trust to shop again would I know the measurements are prêt-à-porter e.g. based on average (no one should expect custom made clothes for a 100$) and the cotton quality and sewing is 8 out of 10 from what I can see.

One more advise:
Better ask them to use FedEx rather than DHL the latter costing way more (28$ vs 42$)

I will update again once the matter is resolved (positively or not)..

Nice and trustworthy Goth clothing is so hard to come by that I hope this serve as a warning for rebels market to better quality control their outsourced providers.

Complete hassle. Their supplier knowingly shipped me a vest that was way too small, when I asked for them to process a refund they wanted to send "proof" to the supplier that it did not fit me. I did get a measuring tape and took photos, but can you imagine having to do this to get a refund?

If you ship the wrong item you should make good on it and deal with your own supplier.

I love the unique products on this website! I bought a cute blouse and pair of shoes. The shoes unfortunately did not fit properly, but i was able to return them without issue, which was great. I am weary of buying shoes online for this reasons but they made the return pretty easy.

I purchased two stunning jackets from Rebels Market. The first one was awesome, you would never find anything as unique and elegant as it in your high street or city shopping. Not only the aesthetics, but the materials and craftsmanship is very high quality.

The second item I purchased I wanted to return as it did not suit me and their customer support team, Flint in particular, was really helpful with the whole process. They guided me each step of the way with shipping my item back, tracking this and regularly updating me on the return status without me even having to ask - which was very considerate of them.
The customer support team cares about their customers, and they provide excellent support.

I will definitely be purchasing from them again, confidently knowing that I can improve my wardrobe with their fantastic range of items and communicating with their kind team!

I bought different items from different stores, using their online portal, pieces that i wouldn't be able to find anywhere else whit reasonable prices.
Clothes of high manufacture and quality.
I will surely by something else in the future.

Flint did a fantastic job, not just communication but with attentiveness. I ordered a pair of pants, and when I tried them on I quickly discovered that Slenderman himself wouldn't be able to wear these things ( I...am not what I would call "trim"). I contacted support, and Flint asked for my exact sizing. About 2 weeks after I sent the measurements, a new pair arrived and they fit PERFECTLY. (This review would have been 4 stars, but as the seller was not RebelsMarket I don't hold them accountable for sending pants THAT small.)

Ordered boots and did not receive what was pictured. Ordered one pair of shoes at same time but they were never shipped. Tried to cancel the shoes before they were shipped and was told this was not possible. Scam!!!

I love every pair of shoes that I’ve ordered from Rebel Market. The quality of the shoes (all genuine leather) is excellent. I used to shop at another men’s store but I’m hooked now on Rebel Market. Thanks for your wonderful customer service and timeliness.

I like the quality of the items I have received from this company (RebelsMarket) and when there was an issue with a certain item, I contacted them and their customer service was not only accessible, but warm and helpful. I have ordered a few times now, and would happily continue to do so. Great place.

I purchased a few items from Rebelsmarket recently. The clothing was well made, good quality material, and arrived in a timely manner. The customer service was quick to reply and handled my request without any issues.

My order had the wrong address on it and they sent it back. Flint was able to get me a refund.0

Their support staff is excellent. My package was held up in customs . After reaching out , they were on it and my package was delivered. Very very beautiful velvet maxi coat.

This website definitely operates differently. Found out my product was in India or somewhere. I'm in America. And my package took a month to get to me. I believe if I read everything right... ~_~ ...they forgot to ship it.

BUT! This was an absolute joy of an experience after nearly getting swindled by another company. My first corset came in from Rebels and it didn't fit. Quick return, quick refund. Awesome. Well, I had actually ordered a second one in the same size that hadn't shipped yet. I asked if they could change the size before they shipped it. The seller messaged back through Rebels and wanted all my measurements, even my weight. Rebels alerted me that the seller was customizing my corset that hadn't shipped yet. I'm like... Wow. That's extreme customer service. So extreme, I didn't believe it. And then I'm pretty sure the seller forgot to give it to their mailman after establishing tracking because for nearly 30 days tracking just sat there. It got to me about 3 days early after the seller confirmed that they had definitely, finally kicked it out the door after that month wait and, O-M-G. I had tried 4 other corsets trying to just get ONE that fit and/or wasn't defective. And when I tell you this one fit and is made so well and so sturdy... I had to email them back just to say thank you. This is the best corset. I use a corset for posture correction behind a desk and it has just been phenomenal.
