Be careful

Be careful. This site leads you to believe that you are buying in your own country. I accessed using a .co.uk domain and the item was listed in pounds sterling with postage that was comparable to national costs not international.
It was only once I had purchased the item the invoice came through in dollars.
After 4 days there was no confirmation of dispatch, wrote and asked merely to be told they would advise tracking once shipped. At this stage I found out they don’t hold the goods just pass it on to their 3rd party suppliers. After 11 days still no advice or tracking and I asked for a refund.
The refund came through but as a dollar refund hence I was £3.43 worse off.
This shower do not make it clear they are a market place site and encourage you to think they are in the UK. In fact they are similar to Wish but at least Wish don’t hide their location and country of origin or the fact that they are agents for the actual supplier.
It is only a very small amount but it is the principal. They should make clear who they are and where the stock is coming from.

These were terrible and I regret the…

These were terrible and I regret the purchase. They were made of cheap, stretchy fabric which looked completely unlike what was pictured. They were thing and cheap and would warn anyone from wasting their money on this fabric abomination.

Excellent Customer Service

Terrible

They are literally a thief!
I have not much about say. I ordered shoes which is made in China and terrible quality. It hurts my toes so badly.
I am just a student, I need shoes and I spent my last money for shoes from rebelmarket. I wanted to return it but seller don't pay for return and there is no return label. Also shipping cost is much more expensive then item itself because it was coming from Philipines. Now I don't have any money buy another shoes. I hate this website and I will never purchuse anything from there.

RebelsMarket is an online marketplace where hundreds of different sellers from all over the world sell, ship, and maintain their own products.

The return policy for this particular seller does advise that customers are responsible for returning any items that aren't damaged, defective, or wrong. If you ever receive an item that isn't as it should be, or if it is damaged or defective, we will always hold the seller accountable to cover the return shipping cost for you.

Currently, we are working with you, and the seller, to see if we can get at least a partial refund issued back to your original method of payment without having to return the item back if you'd prefer to do so and will do whatever we can to try to make this situation right for you. We will work with you on this until the situation is resolved and you're happy.

Please also understand that you can always see where our sellers ship from on the product page in the shipping and returns details. If you ever need help with where the sellers ship from, or if you need help with sizing before placing your order, we are always more than happy to do so for you.

Great Experience!

After ordering two pairs of trousers…

After ordering two pairs of trousers and waiting 4 weeks for delivery! and then only receiving one pair I contacted customer services.

They told me the tracking number with DHL which didn’t work, I messaged again they told me to keep trying. I did and nothing worked!

Again I messaged them, they looked into it told me it would be here with 2 days it took 6!

Then realising there was only one pair I messaged them yet again. I was told to wait it would be here in 3 days it still hasn’t arrived 4 days later.

I then get a moody email from “ belle” stating I’m sorry your not responding to the notification from the sender correctly instead of our message centre ? What I don’t have anything from them I’ve checked and doubled checked.
Anyway she was just plain rude I thought so I told her what I thought. And the response was well if you’d done it correctly in the first place! What me …I’m not the one that sent an item late, gave the wrong tracking number and sent one item instead of two.

Well done Rebels market for hiring this rude unhelpful customer service member

When you contact the seller directly, that email message goes to the seller in their message center and not to support@rebelsmarket.com so we are unable to view your conversation with the seller as it is considered a private conversation between you, and the seller.

Unfortunately, in situations where you respond to a notification email that is sent to notify you of a new message from the seller, it won't make it to the seller, but instead will notify support@rebelsmarket.com of the trouble you were having contacting the seller. With the seller's message center when talking directly with the seller originally, we do not have the ability to view your conversation with the seller, which means, we do sometimes need additional information in order to contact the seller for you and get the situation handled. In this case, we did ask for your order number so we could appropriately assist you.

Please know that my response to you was not intended in any way as an argument, but rather, trying to explain why we were asking for the order number to assist you.

If you do need any further help in this situation, please respond to the email from support@rebelsmarket.com with your order number or email address on your account and a description of the item so I can contact the seller for you and get to the bottom of this for you with the seller.

Best Customer Service "EVER"

I am a new customer of Rebels Market and in March, I ordered my first item through their website. A custom made kilt from an overseas seller. I had some problems with what was shipped and contacted Rebels Market Customer Service.

In comes the absolute best customer service person ever, Belle!!!!

I purchased a $72.00 item and received a million dollars worth of customer service from Belle in resolving the issues concerning my order. She is a consummate professional, personable, and just plain out wonderful.

She resolved my problem, and in doing so made me a Rebels Market loyal customer. I know I can buy with confidence on Rebels Market. Belle kept me informed almost daily.

I was always addressed as a customer in a personal manner. I was never addressed as a "order number". Like the norm is in todays online marketplace.

Best Customer Service "EVER"

Not a good way to attract people

Absolutely ridiculous. I don't know where this site came from but I unsubscribed from them, never opened a single email as I have never heard of them. The emails kept coming, multiple times a day, so I reported them for spam.

My Dessert!

I love how my RIB fits great in just about anything from the basic size Juniors 0-1 to turning clothes into maternity wear sizes 3-8 as my wife if only 5ft"0". I fell in love with her as we were homeless separately, we didn't end homelessness separately though. Faith is the biggest blessing that I have asked for other than The Good Lord keeping me clothed in warm physical clothing. If I could I would buy half of your merchandise as I love my wife wearing the clothes & teasing me as she wears it all.

Horrible

I ordered the dress in late May. It shows up (with the wrong name on the package) in September. The dress is barely anything like the picture. The pattern is faded and looks like after cleaning it once it will all be gone. The materials are not what they advertised. The top was shown to be much more fitted and had a sash. This looks more like a maxi dress with no shape and no sash. The materials are extremely cheap and feel awful. Also says it needs to be dry cleaned. Doing that once would cost more than what it cost them to make this poor excuse of an outfit. And YOU CANT LEAVE A REVIEW ON THEIR SITE yet somehow most products have 5 star ratings.

Cute

Normally I wouldn't pay this much for a mask, but I fell in love with the design and couldn't find anything locally, let alone cheaper. While I understand Covid is a thing, I wasn't expecting to wait almost 2 weeks for the mask to even get shipped out. The chemical smell out of the package isn't appealing, and the material does not seem to be cotton. I am afraid the mask won't last - the earloops seem very fragile.

Well worth the wait.
