Scam - cobbles came caked in dirt and tar. The customer service is also terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 5 boxes of brick slips based on the website reviews. The brick slips vary in thickness from 6mm to 30mm. Utter rubbish. Do not trust the reviews on the website.

Uncompetitive prices. An example of this is their £180 per square metre plus VAT York stone pavers, utterly barmy considering the average UK price for them in 2010 was £40 per square metre. Far better off buying direct from the quarry- plenty of them around in the UK.
Of course I didn't purchase anything from this crazily expensive outfit, buying from them at their exorbitant prices would truly zap the fun out of any home project.

Ordered stone online. Delivered promptly, although in the wrong place. Product not as photo provided prior to order. Not contactable, reusing to take calls and using avoiding tactics to getting out of sorting a collection and refund. Do not buy from - untrustworthy.

What a great place, could spend all day there. Everything you could need. The staff are great and very friendly, leaving you to wander around the massive site but also always around to offer help. Brendan sorted out some pavers for us, getting us a great deal and loaded over 100 of them into the car. Will certainly go back. Thanks Brendan

Needed two 7ft scaffold boards to make shelves. Gave them a call and within an hour I was at the yard which is impressive. Tall young chap in reception was lovely. He then asked Brendan one of the chaps in the yard to look after me.

SCAM ALERT - Sent out wrong bricks and tried to claimed £305 from the refund to cover their mistake.

I ordered 2 bags of the Tumbled Random Buff Sandstone Walling in Bulk Bags and was sent rocks, I returned this and after almost 2 weeks was sent out 2 more bags of slightly more shaped rocks. They claimed the 2nd batch was the right produt even though it looked nothing like the advertised product.
This is a SCAM.
They then insisted it was the correct product the 2nd time round and are refusing to refund the money as they are claiming the delivery cost and 10% restocking fee is retained. This amount to £305 according to them - iff this was the case then £130 from the original delivery and £56 would be deducted yet they are trying to take off the return charges where they made a mistake.
I will raise this with the Trading standards and the ASA as well as my CC company.
From the start their communication has been a joke - to arrange the deliveyr, to arrange the collection, to chase the replacement order and then refund -they never acted on any and haven't responded to any emails.
AVOID these SCAM artists like the plague.

Very easy to deal with. Our enquiry was handled professionally and quickly. We paid a fair price for around 9000 Georgian bricks that were delivered today. The driver (Joey) was incredible. Very friendly and helpful. Neatly stacked the bricks without any fuss.

Walking through the gates we were approached by very friendly chap Brendon asking if he could help. I showed him an old engineering brick and asked if he had 20 similar on site. He walked us to the part of the yard where pallets of similar were and proceeded to help sort the good from the bad and also helped load the bricks onto the car.
If you are looking for reclaimed bricks I would definitely recommend this place for range of stock and a great purchasing experience.

I just visited to buy some scaffold boards. Brendon was very helpful. He cut them all to size and helped me carry them to my car. I will definitely come back here when I need materials for future projects. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you

I used this company for a restoration project I needed some bricks for. there was a yard man called Brendan if I remember correctly he was super knowledgeable and easy to communicate with he helped me find exactly what I was looking for, I would highly recommend

My builder had chosen some 75mm bricks for me to order. I paid £50 to get them delivered quickly and to be fair they areived the next working day!
However the bricks have arrived and they are not the correct ones!! They are 80mm and bigger and completely the wrong colour to what was advertised. They were packaged up terribly and quite a few are damaged on the top. So only knows what the rest if the pallet is like!
Ive phoned and that was a complete waste of time - no help whatsoever. I was just asked to email! I still havent had a reply.
They also want to charge me to return them with delivery cost and handling fee when in my eyes theyve sent the wrong bricks so how is it my fault??

Didn’t try to deliver too hard, just one quick ring and then a disappearing act.

Don’t use on a timeline.
