The Place To Buy Your IBC Tank
It's my first order with the Recontainers Direct. Before placing an order, I made an enquiry about the IBC tank as I would like one that is suitable for storing water for vegetable beds and plants. I received a repond the next day with helpful links in the email to take me to the IBC tank I required.
The website is very easy to navigate and items are laid out clearly with stock quantity unlike a few other retailers require you to call to check stock availability prior to placing an order. Ordering was straight forward and was given an estimated delivery timeframe.
The reasons of giving 4 stars:
1. The website shows £65+vat for first IBC tank delivery but it somehow shows a higher delivery cost in the basket prior to checking out. That stopped me placing the order the first time round until I decided to see if the cost changes once I entered my details in the check out and it did.
2. I placed the order on Monday and on Wednesday I gave them a call just wondering when the delivery will be. The call was answered in just a few rings and I was told it has been dispatched and should arrive on Thursday. It would have been good if their system can send out a text/email notification once the order has been picked up by the courier. The item did arrive on Thursday as promised.
Apart from these 2 minor concerns, the IBC tank arrived in a better condition than I expected. Thank you very much!
