Amazing service

Amazing service, and record GONE. I was told by local lawyers the incident I had (non-criminal) couldn't be sealed. Recordgone made it happen. It took a while, but the online system was easy, thorough and informational. They new exactly what to file, and worked the system to make sure everything was filed correctly. Thank you.

My experience with RecordGone is extremely outstanding. They have help me and giving me a second chance in proceeding my dream career. The service that they provide is outstanding totally awesome. I love how they set up all the transactions in the app. It’s very convenient and easy to use I would recommend RecordGone to anyone that has being in my situations or other kind of situations with RecordGone. Outstanding.....

It is out standing that a attorney office that is out of California was able to handle a very old case out of Illinois. They handled it well in a timely matter and was able to get all the information they needed from the county of said state. You would not think so, but never the less they were on it and got it done. Their team I give a special thanks. They stayed in touch, and was able to answer questions. At times it seem nerving, but they got it done. Cases are not resolved in a day, but they didn't take years of prolong continuances either. They do listen to you and use what you give them. Also they did work well with the payment arrangement. I would recommend their services.

I had two misdemeanors

I had two misdemeanors that were on my record from before. I recently wanted to get a higher position but these would hold me back. I really didn’t want to go through all the paperwork of filing for a Sealing and expungement of my previous record. I found Higsbee online and felt them process my request they gave me a case manger Sydney who answered my questions during the 4 month wait period for my requests to be granted. It all worked out one of my cases was sealed and the other expunged. I was very thankful and also decently priced would definitely recommend.

I did 9/10ths of their work and still nothing..

I did 9/10ths of the work and still don't have any results. Connected with RecordGone around the first of the year and after I finally got my LiveScan done, which my caseworker was on my case about, they haven't provably done anything other than keep parroting, it takes time.. Even though I did all of their foot work for them. They won't give any kind of update as to when it will be done.. I'm assuming because I asked about it a couple of months in when I got the first non answer from them. Asked for a refund and that was promptly ignored.. Basically paid for a service that was never provably done and was given an open window for when it would be done so they can milk this forever. Would not ever spend a dime with them again.

Update: After finally acknowledging I asked for a refund or proof of any work being done my 2nd handler sent me an email saying they just got the report done and if I let them keep the money I could see it. Told them too little way too late and was told I'd get a PARTIAL refund. Maybe. They'd have to check with accounting. The next day I get a mumbling message on my phone but couldn't tell what they were saying.. Day after that the mumbler calls me and says that if I let them keep the money my report would be done in a week or two.. They can't even get the lies straight between people in their own company..

Since they couldn't prove they had done anything on the $275 service that they have been stalling on for the last couple of months after I got my livescan results I got my full refund. Partially because I would have contacted my CC and disputed the original charge I WOULD GUESS... Regardless, they hadn't done anything for me this entire time but stall.. Use at your own risk..

ps.. another thing I found funny/sad is that the form on their website with all of those stellar reviews didn't work. (Tried it in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge) How did they get all those reviews then? Hmmm...

A service worth every penny

I started this process in January 2020 and it was completed in June 2020. Even during this pandemic the work never stopped. If I had questions they where always answered promptly. Each and every staff I had contact with was always professional wish I had known about this service sooner. I highly recommend this company and the price was great too.

Bad attitude

I called them and we talked and after 5 minutes they acted like i would just hand them over a grand without doing research or NOT getting paperwork or any credentials and then went on to get irritated because i wouldn’t hand them money. They have a bad attitude!

they did but they said they were going…

they did but they said they were going to do in the time they said it would probably take so A Plus on that. And they kept my case updated on a personal page. So I always knew what was going on I would highly recommend them. Thanks to their work I am no longer a felon.

RecordGone.com team was very helpful and explained to me
Every step of the court stuff in real time and I always had someone to contact if I had any questions. that made the system better for me to work with. after they was done. i was able to regain what i had lost.

Very good

So, they handled everything, and they were very successful. They respond to emails within a day. My case was in a different county from where I live and I f didn't have to go anywhere.

Works as advertised

I was very pleased with the service. Works as advertised. Scrubbed my record very quickly and I passed my background check two weeks later with no issues. I recommend this service for anyone who took the legal step for expungement.

So very incompetent it is unbelievable! Bad Culture and Challenged with Issues!

I simply set up services for expungement of my very minor record. I set up and paid January 2019. The communication with this business is as if you are doing so with personnel that is very challenged. Yet at this place, this is normal. None the less, nothing gets done and this is supposed to be fine also lol. By April, I find out that they typically request court records to simply verify what is to be expunged etc. After inquiring Feb and March I was told different things about my ISP report coming back with no info so they typically request the court records. Also at times the reply was that my case was fine and on track. April after checking a few times, a supervising paralegal emails me that the persons involved in as she said herself taking no action for 2 months are no longer employed there. She then said the records were requested April 15, 2019. Can you imagine not being able to request simple court records in a timely manner though? 2 months being lost is a very long time in an expungement process that takes awhile anyways for everyone. This is still the early state of gathering what is needed to even begin the process. I check back May and was told everything is fine. I check back June 19 to be told that they found out early June that the court is saying they do not even have the request. I had to find this out by asking once again. Yet the money paid was to even receive updates all along as even the Supervising paralegal with the first issue said that I should have been getting. I then am told that they requested the court records again June 19 but this was the day that I even contacted them which alerted them obviously to the fact that once again they simply dropped taking action. If they found out early June a request was claimed to be lost which I even doubt the court lost it, why would they not have resent it early June. The timeframe of each issue causing months of delays in just the gathering, shows so clearly that I was the one even alerting them to the fact that action needed to be taken. I honestly think this business does not even operate at all, just a scam. I filed a complaint with the BBB and instead of a phone call even to address my questions and concerns. Even worse, Kelton Johnson emails me through my account telling me to remove the BBB complaint and that he can see that I have been contacted before. Can you imagine, the email trail shows clearly that I wasn't as they keep everything uploaded to the account. He refused to mention ever the previous issue from April in the actual requesting the court record issue. He claims that there is nothing that can be done about the claimed lost request. Yet I found out after that it can be sent direct to a Supervisor at the Clerks office if preferred. I then simply call the business for the first time asking to speak to the supervising paralegal who assisted in April, I was told she was in a meeting but would call. Kelton Johnson calls me and when I told him that I was told Ms. Dahl would be calling per my request, he in a very creepy voice says actually, that is not true. He began loudly rambling, very irate and I had to terminate the call. I then get a strange message immediately that my services have been terminated. Other odd messages saying only we are not your lawyers anymore. Obviously they only use paralegal assistants as every month or so, there would be a new case managers name on my account. How stupid can someone be to take someones money and all along do nothing to follow the process to work to expunge a record. This is what they claim to do lol. The best thing that has happened is that I am no longer with them, thank god. For what reason would I be? To have my record expunged 2 years from now lol. Crazy!

As we have said before over the phone and through email, we firmly disagree with what you believe occurred on your case. You refused to talk to any supervisors from our office and repeatedly hung up the phone on my staff. For your privacy, I will not get into the specific details of your case here.

Unfortunately, because of your borderline harassing behavior, we had to terminate our relationship with you as a client. It was simply impossible to proceed working on your case. We almost never have to take such an extreme step but we believe your correspondence with our staff members fell outside of the limits of acceptable behavior and we realized that we could not have a working relationship with you based on communication and trust.

We are also surprised that you feel upset even after we issued you a full refund for the entire $595 that you paid. Per your contract, we were entitled to keep a portion of what was paid for the work we completed but we chose not to simply because we knew you were unhappy. We have a "client first" mentality and, even though you refused to talk to us or cooperate with us, we always do what we can to best serve our customers.

We genuinely hope the best for you and hope that you obtain what you are looking for.

The service is ok, but takes forever.

I subscribed to the background check removal service. I don't know how successful it is or going to be. But, immediately I received a notice that one of the background checks providers needed for me do to the 'unsubscribe process'. This is fine, it is only one. But then weeks of nothing. No updates, nothing on the client website, and nothing further about the process. So, I emailed asking for a status. I was told that updates will be posted to the client website. 5/28 is when I started the process and i just got an update notice (7/9) that everything has been filed. So, if you are looking for a fast process, this ain't it.
