Wow, what a find this company is that will actually refurbish individual kitchen doors. Our door was of the laminated handle free type which had bubbled and lost colour due to hot oil/fat being dropped on it from the oven. They are polite, and cheerful when speaking to them and do what they say they are going to do: in our case send pictures of the door design. We are still in shock at such a professional job and as the title, showroom finished job.

Great service, nothing was too much trouble and excellent products.
Would most highly recommend Recuro if you want to transform or upgrade your kitchen.

We bought some utility room doors from Recuro to match existing doors, the cabinets were custom made so the sizes were non-standard. Mark and Aaliyah were very helpful and always available to help, the doors fit perfectly and the colour match and sheen are great. We were very impressed with the product and service we received.

Did what they said and supplied exactly what was asked for

Colour match and size perfect and good price. However, more care/thought needs to be put into packaging/shipping. Edges were damaged in places, in some cases where tape had cut through protective foam, presume lifted by tape in some cases. Fortunately we were able to hide when fitting panel but this unlikely to be always true.

Excellent service, colour matched perfectly, friendly staff. I would highly recommend this company.

I am over the moon with my new kitchen! It is exactly the colour and finish that I wanted and customer service was superb. It was so nice to be able to speak to a real life person and feel that they actually cared about providing me with what I really wanted. Thank you Miss Richardson, for all your help!

We have ordered our kitchen panels via there website and then we have a follow up call to make sure we have the right measurements, colour, finish etc. fast service and great quality.

I used Recuro to replace a damaged kitchen plinth. The colour, non standard, matched perfectly and they even let me have a small pot of paint for random touch-ups. It was a pleasure to deal with the small team who answer queries promptly and courteously. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Not only was the door they manufactured an absolutely brilliant match, but the customer service was fantastic from start to finish. There was a very minor issue with the bubble wrap used in the packaging; it left a faint imprint on the gloss surface of the door, which could only be seen from certain angles. I emailed the company and they sent a technician out the next working day to buff and polish the door. It was perfect after that. It’s worth mentioning that the company are based in Colchester and I live in Southall, Middlesex. So it wasn’t a case of a quick, local call out. It’s rare to get that level of after sales service these days and I think it just goes to show how professional they are, and how seriously they take customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Panels were made exactly as needed and colour/finish was perfect.

Excellent service from start to finish. I needed a special sized matt panel for a kitchen installation, and Recuro colour-matched it perfectly and supplied it quickly at a better price than the kitchen manufacturer sells similar sized panels on mass! And I'm talking trade prices, not retail...
