This is the second collection I have requested and the drivers are always polite and very professional. I’ve just had a collection and the driver was very to take things that I forgot to put on my list. Very nice man. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Very easy website to work and excellent communication and very fast and efficient pickup.

First use of company was excellent. Second attempt not so. Emails went unanswered. Even notification of impending house clearance service was ignored. Three weeks later an email announcing the company was back in business was received. Another email received a week later to say collection completed. As I no longer lived at that address, cannot confirm or deny collection.

texts confirming request accepted, advising of arrival, tracking app most useful, collection of all items shows professional attitude to work. All completed within 24 hours of request being made So impressed, I have more items for their company to collect, and would advise friends and neighbours about the service

Super easy to understand the items that can be collected, the team were responsive to my queries via ticket/email and the collection was easy to book and prompt. Would love to get some feedback on where the majority of items end up but overall a really wonderful service!

All booked in for collection then the night before they cancel as it’s not viable to pick up from my area even after it said it was on their website!
Time wasters!!
