Excellent service, I saw an advert, I enquired and then arranged for collection, I received messages regarding date and time of collection. On the day again good communication regarding collection and a text to inform me bags had been collected. Will use again!

Horrible service
Horrible service, I waited all day for a collection only for no one to show up. Contacted the driver multiple times. Fhe times kept changing from 12pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm 5pm to 6:30pm.Reassured me they will be here before 6:30pm. At 6:30pm went to track the driver the collection had been cancelled. No update provided whatsoever. Not even an apology. Wasted my whole day off sitting at home waiting for them.

We apologise that we didn't get to you on time. I believe the driver did contact you several times to confirm she was running behind schedule due to traffic conditions being busy now that the London roads are back to full usage now that the holidays are over. We do always recommend customers to leave their bags at their front door / safe dry area, so that our drivers can collect without disrupting customers who can't be at home.
We had a replacement driver at your home the next morning to try finish the collection but you were not available sadly.
Once again, sorry we didn't get to you in time, and for not confirming we would not make it and keeping you waiting. I understand how frustrating that can be.
We can assure you that we do our best and we hate to hear of any disappointment.
We hope you can give us a second chance to show we're efficient.

Great service. Clear and regular communication regarding pickup/change to pickup and swift handover. Really appreciate having somewhere to handover my family’s worn clothes knowing they’ll be recycled instead of thrown in a landfill.

Easy to book a collection. My items were collected the next day and I was kept up to date with the collection time with a tracker system and also contact from the driver. Many thanks and special thank you to Natalie for collecting the items 😊
