Great experience

Easy process and quick to get am appointment. They were very nice and seemed genuinely interested in the questions they were asking. Great process overall 10/10 recommend. After a horrible experience with another company... this was a greatly welcomed experience.

Redbox has made mental healthcare…

Redbox has made mental healthcare accessible and affordable. Without it, I truly don’t know where I’d be. I have severe anxiety, but with three kids and a full time job seeking out care is very difficult. I have tried other sites who are either ridiculously expensive or simply won’t service me. With redbox I can explain my problems, meet with a provider, and have medication on the way in under an hour for under $70. Phenomenal service.

I find company to be very good

I am very disappointed with the…

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from a supervisor named Rachel. After an initial agent spoke to me in a dismissive and unprofessional manner regarding my address, I was transferred to her for assistance.

Rachel acted as though handling my call was an inconvenience and provided no clear explanation of the process for adding my unit number to my address—a simple request that ultimately took over 30 minutes and required me to contact the carrier directly. She repeatedly stated that the only option was for the order to be returned to sender, despite the fact that the shipping label had not yet been created. She did not suggest contacting the carrier or offer any alternative solutions.

Most concerning, I later learned from the carrier that my address had in fact been updated. Rachel simply did not inform me of this and instead continued to insist that the order was “processing” and could not be accessed, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion.

This interaction lacked transparency, empathy, and professionalism. I have recordings of the calls for my records (1/6/2026 at approximately 12:03 PM and 12:38 PM), which I encourage RedBox Rx to review.

When we receive a prescription from the provider after a visit has been completed, our goal is to process that order and get it shipped out to you in 24 hours or less. We set this goal in order prevent any delays in your treatment. Due to the speed of this turnaround, it is very important to ensure that all the information submitted in the questionnaire is accurate and complete, especially the shipping address if you choose to use our pharmacy. Once a prescription has been processed, and is being prepped for shipment, it is not always possible to stop the process to update or correct an address. If we receive notice soon enough, we can sometimes get the address updated, but we cannot guarantee that. Generally we ask for a profile update request to use for an address update, but in the case of urgent requests, we can provide assistance over the phone, though we need to verify the address through the USPS to make sure no information is missing and that the address is valid. In the cases, where we are not able to pause the shipping process, we recommend you reach out to the USPS to set up a mail forward with them if that is not already in place.

After reviewing your case, I see that both the Patient Care Advocates you spoke with attempted to assist you and direct you on the quickest course to get your prescription(s) in a timely manner. We apologize for any confusion or if we misspoke at any point in the call, but our Patient Care Advocates did their best to assist you and take the proper steps to make sure you received your order in the timeliest manner per our protocol. The process was not very difficult

The process was not very difficult. I got on line to order cream for exema I was approved without having to talk to anyone. Apparently the information I filled out was enough. My problem is it will be over a week for it to arrive. The on line “visit” cost a few bucks more than my copay to my dermatologist. I thought this would be quicker than getting an appointment with my dermatologist. I thought it would be shipped at least 2nd day. I could have gotten an appointment by the time I will receive this medication from Redbox. So I’m not so happy with the whole process

Great Bimatoprost Prescription Option

I have used RedBox Rx twice for bimatoprost. I opted for a single prescription the first time to see how it would work and did a 4 refill prescription the second time. I have been happy with the process; have found it straightforward and easy to work with and I got the product in a very reasonable amount of time at a good price.

Shipping time is insane but the price is reasonable. I needed meds for an infection and it will not be here for 7 days. I had no idea how long the shipping took until I paid and it was ordered

Placed order, paid, no shipment ever sent

Placed order, satisfactorily answered questionnaire and received notice as such, and that shipment being processed, was charged $10 questionnaire fee, plus $125 for prescription. Never received tracking number after 10 days, tried contacting through Help line phone and never connected to any service personnel, only on hold. No answer to email nor reason for non-shipment. Wasted two weeks waiting with no help from Redbox, terrible experience, and do not recommend.

After reviewing your case, I do see that you paid for the provider visit fee and for your prescription. It looks like we attempted to contact you regarding a backorder with your medication. If you did not receive that email, I do apologize for that. We did send the email a few days after we received your prescription and had attempted to order in the medication. I'm sorry that we did not contact you right away, but we were hoping to get the medication back in stock sooner.

It does appear that we were able to get your prescription canceled per your request as well as refund you the cost of the medication. We sincerely apologize for the delay and for not being as communicative as you needed.
