RED Driving School 

Thank you to red driving school and importantly my instructor Raj Rathod based in Chalfont St Peter who was excellent in helping guide me through the driving test process.

I recently passed my test first time all thanks to my driving instructor Paul Sidor. Paul became my instructor in November, i really struggled at first but with his help over a period of a few months i significantly improved and became test ready. I am positive that i wouldn’t have passed my test if it wasn’t for Pauls understanding approach and can do attitude. If you live in Northampton i would highly recommend Paul Sidor, he is definitely someone you can rely on to get you to where you need to be.

Excellent experience with Red and my instructor Mr Kwok To. When I started with Kwok, he instantly read my skill level and gave me appropriately challenging lessons without overwhelming me. Kwok is very experienced at driving and instructing and I never felt like a lesson was wasted or repeated. In addition, he was very easy to communicate with, and flexible where possible to accommodate my schedule and needs. Thanks to Kwok, I passed my driving test first time!

Excellent experience with Red and in particular my instructor Roger Page, who made my whole driving journey a joyful one. Made me feel at ease everytime I was in the car with him and virtually every lesson went out of his way to help me as much as he could. Even if this sometimes ment we went over my allotted two hour lesson. A great guy and a pleasure to have got to know him. Oh, and did I mention I passed first time. I have now recommended Roger to help my daughter on her driving journey.

I had my driving lessons with an instructor called Andrew Sutton, absolutely fantastic lessons he made it so calming and exciting to have lessons. He took his time with you perfectly and overall i had a great experience. Would absolutely recommend to anyone

Got an instructor named Rachel Crawford and she used to shout at me during lessons but just wanted to get over with it so never bothered to report. One day she shouted at me again and I had had enough at this point, she said she was ending my lesson one hour into it and I called Red driving school to log a complaint about it and ask for a refund of my remaining hour. As this was a Monday, I went ahead to cancel all future lessons with Rachel and I had one for Wednesday. I was charged for that. I sent them screenshots of my chat with Rachel showing how she had cancelled lessons last minute and the manner in which she spoke to me sometimes. Red said they were going to investigate it and in the end just concluded that I will not be getting a refund for the hour Rachel canceled and for the lesson on the Wednesday. I did not receive any apology from either Red or Rachel in regard to her conduct and feel it was very unfair to have taken that hour’s money as well as the Wednesday lessons one. Not good customer service and support at all in this case.

I started with RED last year- and I can’t fault them at all from start to end. Booking is so easy and lessons are always on time.

My driving instructor Tihomir Zagorov, was outstanding. Such a lovely, polite and patient instructor, and person in general. He never made me feel bad if I made a mistake, but encouraged me every step of the way. Ensured I felt comfortable at all points and understood everything I was being taught.

He always was on time to lessons, prompt and overall was amazing. His teaching is 10/10- and this helped me develop my confidence with driving. I also passed first time with him, which was so amazing!!

I can’t recommend him enough- if you’re ever looking for an instructor Tihomir Zagorov is outstanding!!

My instructor, Dan Ridgway was so supportive, encouraging and a brilliant teacher and person. I passed first time and would not have been able to do it without him!

Passed my test with one minor thanks to my amazing instructor David Bailey! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and kept me calm as a completely new driver starting with no experience. Highly recommend if you want to become a safe, responsible and confident driver.

I booked a lesson with an automatic car but a manual car turned up. Instead of organising with another local instructor to utilise the time I booked off work they have to listen back to the call so a complete disregard to my time and honesty for their error.

I would like to recommend you RED and specifically Darren Harvey. He has been so patient and amazing instructor that helped me passed my driving test within my first try. Thank you so much.

Get yourself David Bailey as an instructor, especially if you’re starting off as a new driver!

David has helped me become confident in my driving as he’s helped me become a driver who’s safe on the road with effective defensive driving techniques.

I’m just sad I only found out he was a fellow gunner supporter on test day!

I had a very disappointing experience with Red Driving School. I paid £270 to start my driving lessons, but when it was time to begin, I was blocked on WhatsApp and could no longer contact them. I have not received the lessons I paid for, and I have not been given a satisfactory explanation.
Communication was extremely poor, and being blocked instead of receiving support was shocking and unprofessional.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Red Driving School. I would advise anyone considering booking lessons to be very careful and ensure they have clear communication and written confirmation before making any payment.
