Paid for clothing was sent Comercial waste
Paid for clothing but was sent NEXT plc industrial waste
We purchased Clothing from ( K ) at Red Edge Concepts ltd on 03/11/21 with confirmation in emails, texts and voice call that goods are counted sorted and ready to go. As soon as the £14'245 hit their bank account. (K) and the manager had covid and needed to self-isolate, no one else could release the stock! two weeks later 15/11/21 (K) agreed we could collect anytime from 16/11/21. It was agreed in email text and voice call that the truck would collect on 19/11/21. Three weeks from when we had paid at this point !!! however, on the morning of the collection around 10.00 (K) emailed the transport company and spoke with them on the phone to say she was not in possession of our stock we paid for three weeks earlier !!!
As this was only giving the transport company a few hours notice of refusal to load. we were billed £1032 for loss of freight charges, from (K) clear breach of contract!
We were then left to find a new transport company at the last minute and import agent and we arranged for next transport to collect on 24/11/21. The truck was loaded and arrived with us on 29/11/21 (K) never said anything that was a problem or she had changed all the stock we had ordered. Within minutes we realised we had NOT been sent the goods we ordered 500kg of New kids clothing was not there. The New Sports clothing was short by 82 items. When we started to process the NEXT customer return that day, we found they had sent 5 extra pallets 1000kg that we had not wanted or ordered!!! Sadly a lot of commercial waste was hidden in every pallet as you can see in the photos. Bent broken cards, broken glass, waste paper and very heavy paintings at least 2.5kg each meaning we had been charged for clothing per kg so they had cost us £9 each for what NEXT plc was not able to sell in their shops at £5 !!!
(K) promised to resolve her mess, and send 500kg of the New kids clothing out that same day by post at her cost.
Two weeks after this on 10/12/21 (K) did send some and has claimed to have posted 10 boxes of the Children's clothing possibly 200kg, we gave notice of legal action and week later was given 6 more tracking numbers claiming to bring the total to 320kg of the Children's clothing we ordered. 29/12/21 we still have not received any of the boxes as (k) filled in the export declaration wrong and did not put any of our contact details on any of the 16 boxes. We have been trying to resolve this for the last week.
Regarding the 1018kg of commercial waste (K) has been trying to charge us at the rate for Clothing for the commercial waste she sent out without our consent, without declaring it on the invoice or Export paperwork to HMRC. We gave them 2 weeks to arrange the collection of the commercial waste and supply us with the correct export documents for the goods that were shipped. (K) has refused to do so, now the matter has been passed to the Police for fraud Crime Ref number NFRC211204928411, HMRC for false and unlawful export declarations, their local council and the Environment Agency for unlawfully storing, operating, transporting and exporting commercial waste when they hold no license to do so.
All government bodies in the UK and EU that have been informed are linked from the UK crime ref number NFRC211204928411 if you have had similar problems if you give the crime ref number it will link all of the evidence that has already been submitted in one place.
