I cannot access my RedotPay account…

I cannot access my RedotPay account because I lost the phone number linked to two‑factor authentication. I also lost access to my Gmail account for the same reason. I still have the correct email and password and I am willing to provide official documents to confirm my identity. I kindly request an alternative verification method that does not depend on the old phone number, as I urgently need to recover my Visa card.

Pay attention with cashback 3%

The soap opera continues.
After requesting clarification on why they only gave me 1.33% cashback and not 3%, they responded like this:
"Dear, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please be aware that UP TO 3% means you may get a range from 0-3%. It is not guaranteed that you will receive a 3% cashback reward. We are looking forward to our previous offer to you as support. Thank you."
In other words, they are simply misleading.

RedotPay holding 317 TON despite confirmed on-chain custody

I sent 317 TON from my Telegram Wallet to a TON deposit address provided by RedotPay.
The transaction is confirmed on-chain and the funds are under RedotPay’s custody, yet they refuse to credit or return the funds, claiming a missing memo/tag.
Facts:
TON blockchain does not require memo/tag.
Telegram Wallet does not generate memo/tag for TON transfers.
RedotPay provided the deposit address without a mandatory memo requirement.
Funds are fully confirmed on-chain.

This is not a blockchain issue.
This is custodial withholding of user funds.

Scam, Funds Not Added

I deposited USDT using their TON address they gave in the app which is UQC1lsCvndlTED8qVoHxdC2Hu7XtPV9xVHEBsCgRiS-L7srG
The transaction can be seen easily by anyone on blockchain, just visit tonscan.com, enter the above address and you will see 67.36 usdt available in jetton wallet. I used redotpay receiving address but they never added these funds to my wallet. And these people asked me to send 10 usdt to their TRC wallet address for recovering the transaction lol. full scam. when my transaction is visible and settled on blockchain, anyone can see it. but they will not add my money. i lost 67.36 usdt. useless nuisance replies from their email support on first day and then they started ignoring my emails. there is nothing to hide lol. blockchain doesnt lie. just a scam.

Extremely disappointing service.

Extremely disappointing service.

I used RedotPay to receive an international bank transfer via SWIFT. My client sent the payment successfully, but the funds never arrived in my RedotPay account. Instead, the money appears to be stuck with an intermediary bank.

What’s most frustrating is that it has now been over two months, and the issue is still unresolved. The amount has neither been credited to my account nor refunded to the sender. Communication from RedotPay has been very poor — there’s been little transparency, no clear updates, and no concrete resolution timeline.

For a financial service handling international transfers, this lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. I strongly urge RedotPay to improve their tracking process, partner bank coordination, and especially their customer support transparency.

Do not trust RedotPay! I have been waiting for 39 days for a refund of a failed transaction (Order: TIS20251230233200835760987). Their support (Jason and Jeremy) are professional liars.
They sent me an Excel file that proves the money was taken (-10 USDC), but they refuse to refund it even though the app showed "Failed". They are now ignoring my emails and trying to confuse me with different transactions.
My ID: 1779829815. I have all the screenshots and video proof of their manipulation. Stay away from this scam app! They steal small amounts from thousands of people thinking nobody will fight back. I will not stop until my money is returned.
Update: Now they are trying to blame me and telling me to check with the recipient, even though their app officially showed the transaction as FAILED. Absolute manipulation!

An internal transfer allows one RedotPay user to send cryptocurrency and USDs to another RedotPay user within the RedotPay app. Currently, internal transfers are free of charge and are typically processed instantly.

Once an internal transfer is completed, it is irreversible. We recommend that you verify the recipient's information carefully before completing the transfer to avoid errors.

For your another screenshot, it is an purchasing of USDC for about 8 USDC by credit/debit card, and has been shown as "FAILED", due to that the tranaction is incomplete, we have not received any fund from this tranaction. The transaction has been be marked as "failed" after 24 hours.

There card spending functioning is…

There card spending functioning is total absurd for every single transaction they charge money 2 times and then they refund one transaction. When a card transaction fails then they charge failed transaction fees 2 times of 0.5 usd in total 1 usd is gone to there pocket for no reason at all. At first they let you decide your account payment limit but then again they limit your account and fail your transaction again to get more money from fees.

Support is absolutely worthless to contact they don't know anything about the issue when we ask them. and no help is being provided not a single time.

I have lost so much money due to their failed transaction scam that I will be filing a official complain on Hong Kong legal department about this whole scam they are running

$0.50 fee for every failed transaction, forgot to disable a free trial and now im -2,74 in debt. stay away from them unless you are ready to lose 0.50 for any failed transaction.

Useless KYC verification system… absolute nonsense… and the customer service live agent is pretty poor help, no access to the data base and they can’t resolve any issue whatsoever!!!

I dont get why Redotpay has 3.5 because…

I dont get why Redotpay has 3.5 because honestly this service is the best, the card works everywhere and come on deposits in crypto?? that's the best thing because many other services did that but didnt succeed but redotpay was and still working perfectly when it comes to the crypto world. I use it basically for everything without any issue. And it's improving day by day.
In my country the yearly limit to buy online is 2k$ so this service came to remove that limit for me because I can just buy crypto in p2p and deposit it here.

So far I had been using this wallet for…

So far I had been using this wallet for 5 days. I purchased the visa card which cost me $100 (quite high price though) expiring on year 2029. Tried to deposit some usdt token which quite fast in withdrawal and deposit ( crypto to crypto). Also tried to insert my card in any Bank's ATM machine to tried to withdraw some money MYR (HOWEVER I THINK THE FEE QUITE HIGH AND ITS ABOUT 3.5% TO 3.8% ROUGHLY INCLUDING CURRENCY AND WITHDRAWAL FEE IN ATM). I tried to pay wave using the card to buy food and groceries too.
I have no intention to transfer any usdt into my local bank directly as I don't want any transaction record in my bank statement. Hopefully, Reddot Pay can decrease the visa card fee and lowering the withdrawal fee. Otherwise all are fine and well. Thank you.

Criminal Extortion Principles - Official SFC Case Filed

PRINCIPLE OVER MONEY: SYSTEMATIC FRAUD & EXTORTION EXPOSED.
RedotPay is engaging in blatant extortion. They have restricted my funds and are demanding a "fee" (bribe) just to release what is rightfully mine. I do not care about the amount; I care about the criminal principle. I have already filed a formal case with the SFC Hong Kong, and I possess 70 documented images of their illegal demands and chat history. This is a regulated matter now. If they do this to one customer, they will do it to all. Avoid this platform if you value your security and ethics. The world must know about their "pay-to-withdraw" extortion tactics. SCAM ALERT: RedotPay is lying in their reply above. I have an official email from their support staff 'Stan' (Sent Jan 27 at the exact same time as your public reply,) explicitly stating: 'This is a serious oversight in our service' and apologizing for the failure. Now, they are publicly claiming the address doesn't belong to them! This is a documented case of deception and dual-faced communication. I have submitted both the email admission and this lying response to the SFC Hong Kong (Case Filed). Do not trust their public replies; they admit guilt in private and lie in public."
UPDATE (Response to their latest delay tactic): RedotPay is now trying to 'reset' an investigation that started on Jan 11! They are asking for screenshots I've sent dozens of times. After 15 days, their staff admitted it was a 'Serious Oversight' and they previously offered a $10 to fix problem. Why offer money if the address isn't yours? This is a documented attempt to exhaust me , My health and time are not a game. I refuse to repeat a process that ended with your admission of guilt.

The worst banking experience I have ever had

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding a refund that has been unjustifiably delayed for more than two months.

I initially sent €964.61 to my Paysera account. After that, I sent the money back. However, I have never received the funds back.

More precisely, I sent €810.90 back to my RedotPay account as a refund.
I did not change any details: I used the exact same name and the exact same IBAN that were originally used to send the €964.61 to my Paysera account.

Despite this, more than two months have passed, and I still have not received the €810.90.

During this entire period, customer support failed to provide any concrete solution. After two months of inactivity, I was instructed to contact the other bank and request a transaction recall. I complied, and this recall cost me €22 out of my own pocket.

Now, more than two weeks after the recall was initiated, RedotPay still has not accepted the refund request, even though this is exactly what I was asked to do from the beginning.

This situation is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I have been deprived of €810.90 for over two months, and I also incurred additional costs (€22) due to your inability to resolve this issue in a timely manner.
