After days of back-and-forth and threats to report them to European Data Protection authorities (GDPR), RedotPay finally manually deleted the chat logs containing my sensitive banking and personal data.
However, read this warning before using RedotPay:
The Flaw Exists: Their support initially admitted their system "cannot delete" files sent in dispute chats. This violates basic data privacy laws. Your data is permanent unless you fight them.
Zero Accountability: Despite admitting their system exposed my home address,personal phnoe number and bank details to a stranger, they refused to offer even a $50 credit or fee waiver as a goodwill gesture. They told me this exposure is "standard procedure."
Verdict: The app works, but if you have a security issue, you are on your own. They will not compensate you for their mistakes unless forced. Use at your own risk.

Card get compromised, they generated fees for any transactions done by scammers in SGD and GEL, currency that i never use, and now to close card they want 2$ in top of the negative balance that they create with the fees of declined transaction, stay away from redotpay! (0 support only ai chat who is totally useless in my case)

I am a verified user with valid government documents. I simply lost access to my email, but I still have my ID and I am ready for a live Video Call verification.
Instead of helping me, their support team keeps sending robotic, copy-paste replies refusing to verify my identity manually. They are locking me out of my own account for no valid reason.
A legitimate financial service would verify the owner via ID in minutes. RedotPay refuses to do so. Their support is incompetent and dangerous. I am taking my business elsewhere. STAY AWAY.

Customer service is bad. You do not get the answers you would like. Everything they are charging you for. The fees are alittle bit too much. I decided to try binance whereas i can easily transfer my crypto easily. I find with binance that the deposits and withdrawals works fast. I will be uninstalling redotpay.

Bad experience: they rejected a transaction just because it had my Name but missed the second name. It's a Joke. Of course they charge me the fees, and now they take 14 days to process the refund. AVOID DOING TRANSFERS. Customer service is the worst.

Very disappointing experience.
I deleted my verified account long ago due to personal reasons. Now RedotPay permanently blocks me from creating a new account using my own ID, with no solution or support. No second chance, no data removal option. Extremely user-unfriendly and unfair policy.

"NOT AT ALL RELIABLE"
Internal departments like risk, security and customer service are totally useless. I've provided them every document they require and they've successful verified it and approved it, after all this when I tried to add funds into my account initially 2,3 transactions were totally smooth, after that every transaction I was processing was getting rejected by risk & security dept and customer support was unable to help at all and was not even telling the reason of rejection.
I went to support and they've generated this ticket, saying that our seniors will resolve this matter. Lol very sad.

Do not trust RedotPay with large sums. They are currently holding over £40,000 of my money. They refused the initial transfer, failed to process a refund for over three weeks, and are now making impossible demands for a "new" bank account from the sender to return the funds. Communication is poor and they provide no real solutions. This is an unsafe experience and I am still waiting for my money to be released.

I had a very bad experience with RedotPay.
I was charged multiple fees for failed transactions, even though no service was provided.
Each declined transaction resulted in a fee deduction, which is unacceptable.
I also paid $5 for a “new card”, but only the CVV and expiration date were changed.
The card number (last 4 digits) remained the same, meaning this was not a real card replacement.
As a result, the same issues continued.
My total loss is around $15 with zero successful transactions.
These charges were internal fees deducted by RedotPay, not by any merchant.
This service is misleading and unfair to users.
I do not recommend RedotPay.

While I understand the need for strict compliance and KYC/KYT procedures, the process has been excessively slow and lacking in clear updates.

Full Cooperation: I immediately complied with the request for video evidence, submitting over five (5+) videos to confirm the transaction source and the required refund address.
Confusing Timelines: Despite submitting the video, the initial 24-hour review period has passed without confirmation. The quoted 10-20 day refund processing time, following weeks of prior delay, feels unreasonable given the compliance evidence provided.
Core Requirement Missing: The most critical issue is the lack of the Refund Transaction ID (TXID). Without this blockchain proof, I cannot track the refund to ensure it is correctly processed by the sending platform (Stake) and credited back to my account.
My funds are currently stuck in limbo. I urge the RedotPay team to prioritize Ticket #58583798, complete the final compliance check, and immediately issue the Refund TXID improving communication and providing this essential piece of evidence would drastically improve the user experience during mandatory compliance holds.

They are thieves. I received about $40 in USDT from an app and converted it from USDT to Euros, knowing that my Euro account was in the same app. They deducted $5 for the transaction and then canceled it, claiming it was from a third party. After that, they charged a €1 fee for refunding the money, and the transaction was completed, but the money hasn't been refunded. For a whole month, I've been talking to customer service, and they keep lying to me, saying they're working on solving the problem. One of the reasons for the cancellation is that they don't accept receiving money from third-party apps, yet they still accepted the money. Why did you accept the money in the first place and not reject the transaction? What nonsense is this?
