I booked a car in Perth with Enterprise, they were lovely when I picked it up, fine when I dropped it off with no damage and then with no details or communication they charge me over 4000 AUD for damage via Redspot Car Hire Perth. Just stole the money. No details, nothing,so nothing I can dispute, no information on the damage, not money owed from enterprise, just their partners smacking me up the maximum allowed dollar for the excess. I thought by going with a big brand I would avoid this kind of corruption. Avoid at all costs is my advice, they are crooks.

Iy was very easy to book and the chap instore was quick and efficient. Thank you. The car was neat but the suspension of the car made it a bumpy trip.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Redspot. The staff were incredibly warm and charismatic, making me feel right at home. They took care of everything with such ease and genuine kindness. The car was spotless, but it was really the people who made this rental unforgettable.

The Launceston airport counter was in the terminal, easy pick up and drop with the car. We went with a mystery car and ended up with a Skoda, which we extremely happy with (great on fuel). Friendly staff.

Great and friendly service

The lady that served me both days was fantastic. I was really desperate for a car after mine broke down while on holiday and she was great. Helped me pick the right car and the coverage for peace of mind too. Can’t thank her enough for being so amazing.

Where do I start? It was all amazing, the quick response via phone calls. Matt’s thorough explaining of how the process works. Luke’s thorough overview and kind attitude when showing us the vehicle even though he wasn’t meant to work that day! The affordable price, also the in-depth knowledge of insurance and the expected Tasmanian weather conditions, and informing us the pros and cons of getting insurance.

If I could give this company more stars I would! Would recommend this company to all my friends and family.
