We have just used RedTeam for our first bid project. The system runs extremely slow. Our RFQ's are way too generic, Subcontractors are not finding it to be user friendly, producing abnormally large... See more

I would have given full marks was it not for the fact that marking up drawings on the iPad do not have seamless functionality like in Notes or GoodNotes 5 or similar. The iPad version of Fieldlens rea... See more

We love RedTeam! We are a general contractor and we find that RedTeam works seamlessly with Quickbooks Online. It keeps all of our "Billed to Date/Revenue" and "Cost to Date/COGS" organized by the job... See more

Terrible

Terrible. Its is ridiculously flawed and difficult to learn and work with. The tutorials are out of date and unhelpful.

Just to many steps in all applications…

Just to many steps in all applications to get anything done and be productive.
1) Submittals are a nightmare. Entirely to long of a process to request a few documents
2) A potential CO must be created to created a CO.
3) No email notification for any pending action items that you are responsible for ( I assume the designers knew you would spend your entire day on the software trying to complete simple task so you wouldn't need it. That was kind of funny).
4) Chat with Redteam in a positive item but again how many management software's need a live customer support because their software isn't operator friendly)
5) I would suggest looking at Project Mates Software.

It seems that every time a new issue…

It seems that every time a new issue comes up (every time an update has been done), a problem occurs where there was none before and IT needs to handle it. I don't count on ever get a resolution once I get off chat. I'm not a fan of RedTeam at all and wouldn't recommend it.

Not Very Efficient, Needs Refining

Compiles contact list as you add subcontractor information, but you cannot track or search the trades a company can perform work for. This makes it difficult to find other companies that other teams in the company use without creating an external list or speaking to others about this directly.

Unable to issues multiple cost codes to one subcontractor, makes it difficult when one sub is doing multiple trades but I have to show negative amounts on one line item while showing pure profit on the others.

The submittal process is extremely repetitive and doesn't include a submittal sheet with a signature page for the architects and designers. Constant calendar reminders and emails for submittals get overwhelming when you have multiple projects going through the same phase at the same time.

Progress reports should have an option to be emailed out at the end of the day. This allows the team to see the progress and status for multiple projects without having to log in and review multiple projects.

There is currently nothing for scheduling, but it'd be great to have a project schedule that was incorporated (like a 3 week) to keep the office and field teams in sync.

Formatting isn't too bad, but takes a while to know where everything is. Reports would be helpful to have in one location.

I would have selected 0 stars but that…

I would have selected 0 stars but that is not an option. I've communicated to your team that you need to improve over the 3 months nothing has been done and no progress reports. Your product is extremely disappointing & makes the users job more difficult.

Not bad

Not bad, not good. Some of the modules can be cleaned up to be more efficient with less steps. Un-committed vs. Committed, should be made easier to back things out. Connections get very slow late in the afternoon, which may be related to server capacity and increased use.
