Issues with both app and actual computer program

When taking pictures on the app, the pictures don't always show up and you have to go back into the field to retake them. There are times that you try to edit a daily report and it just spins and times out, or pictures will show up multiple times and you're not able to edit to replace the pictures or label the pictures.

We have just used RedTeam for our first bid project. The system runs extremely slow. Our RFQ's are way too generic, Subcontractors are not finding it to be user friendly, producing abnormally large volumes of calls. There are several issues that we are still trying to work through, but most importantly, we cannot use a system that runs this slow to conduct a public bid.

I'd like to see a safety inspection…

I'd like to see a safety inspection type feature. a lot more user friendly functions in the schedule features. Also, I'd like to see templates and usable documents. Construction report features would be great too.

Needs Improvement

1. Being able to legally update the prints as they're revised.
2. Selecting an elevation symbol (or similar) that directs me to that elevation.
3. App sometimes says picture is uploaded, and actually isn't.

There's several more, I just can't think of them off the top of my head at this time.

Quite simply - not easy input

Quite simply, the use of the system is too complex rather than simplistic. Just for instance, when simply adding an attachment file, the field area is extended (exaggerated to a ridiculous drag and drop "zone") more than what a normal input area. For BUYOUT, creating an Invoice use of SIX screens is overkill. Suggestion: limit the field sizes to allow entering the data in just 2 screens. This reminds me of reading a kids picture book with one sentence per page. When I have multiple invoices to enter, the time needed to continue on each screen takes too long, additionally, there is no easy input because the input has to be switched from mouse to keyboard to mouse to tab to mouse - not input friendly.

Growing pains get rewarded.

There were quite a few hurdles to get through, but your team is getting there. We are happy to have stuck with you thus far, and hope your team will continue making improvements to get the software where we hope it can go. You are by far light years ahead on the immediate chat service. It is a great function and extremely helpful

Issues other than features

I appreciate all the features I've been using so far. There are a couple things that could be issues that aren't feature-related:

-Everything generally loads slowly.
-While I'm not in the conversations about why, our company has elected to use 7 licenses so far. I'm guessing this is because of the cost. Given that I have run into times when I've been unable to log in because of maxed out licenses, the cost could be considered an issue for me.
