Our experience with Red Tech has been profoundly disappointing and financially damaging to our business.
What was presented as a manageable investment became, in practice, a substantial and ongoing financial burden. On reflection we find that the billing model is difficult to reconcile with the value delivered
We also experienced a significant gap between the capabilities described during the sales process and what was ultimately actionable. In our view, we were misinformed with the operational changes required to enable the technological solutions they sold us to derive any benefit.
Most concerning has been the exit process. When we determined that the platform was not meeting our needs, we encountered continual contractual obstacles that made disengaging far more complex and costly than anticipated. In our experience, flexibility and commercial fairness were notably absent for the entirety of our commercial relationship.
In essence, please be very aware that this Company charge a massive amount of money, tied in by a contract, with little or no results.
