Policy Cancelled Before Renewal, but still charged
Hi. I cancelled the policy renewal one week before the renewal date, but the Direct Debit has still gone out for £63.78, 6 days before the new policy starts. Please confirm that this will be refunded ASAP. I have no immediate plans to use a hire car, but may take out your policy again if I do. Kind regards, Bret

Automatic renewal is agreed to at the point of purchase, and we provide advance notice before renewal, giving customers the opportunity to contact us if they wish to switch this off.
If we do not receive instructions to cancel the automatic renewal, the policy will renew in line with the agreed terms and conditions.
We can confirm that an agent has responded to your request received on 14th July and that this matter has now been resolved.

Value for money policy excess.
It was easy to buy my policy and the cover provided more than meets my needs. Total cost of policy for my entire rental period is the same as the hirer’s per day cost.
