I am only writing this because i usually do not have a problem with Reebok UK delivery and items quality brought online.
First of all the delivery company squashed the outer packaging box and had put cello tape on the outer box to hold it together, unfortunately the shoe box inside had been crushed and ripped at one corner, a piece of ripped shoe box was inside the box the inner wrapping paper ripped, then the trainers inside were fine apart from there being a un removable out of place crease in the plastic tongue, as this pair was a discount pair i will over look this as i only paid £78 pounds rather then the RRP £130. How ever if this happened again i would not tolerate it and would ask for a exchange or refund.
Most other companies apart from a few free delivery services as stated are mostly very good items boxes don’t get damaged nore do their outer packaging /inner shoe box in delivery. If the delivery is this bad from UPS UK i as a customer Reebok UK online store would rather be charged and pay for a better delivery service.

Ordered 3 items and received only one. Got in touch with Reebok customer service and they are investigating. Its now been 5 months and the case is pending. No updates or when they do reply to my email, its usually after weeks with a standard message. Terrible customer service.

Avoid like the plague....
Courier left parcel on doorstep when tracking said a signature was required. Door is directly on a busy thoroughfare , needless to say wasn't there when I got home and customer service not interested. The box was obviously trainers or sportswear as can see Reebok branding on delivery picture. Apparently it was delivered correctly. Avoid buying from here as they have no interest in helping once they have your money.
Poor quality; now a dead brand
I contacted them regarding a right-foot defective shoe sole that was manufacturered on the side and Ildar G of the CUSTOMER CARE TEAM (department of excuses and customer blame) claimed it was wear and tear. For a shoe that has barely done 300miles of walking not running and is only 10months old. Trust me, it's a dead brand and they are relying on their old reputation but the manufacturing standards seriously suck and material quality of the sole is poor aside from the leather top. Why need a durable top if the sole isn't even made properly.
Won't be buying this brand again ever! It all seems such a scam operation.
Worst service ever
Worst service ever! Item not received, excuses after excuses from shambolic customer service. In the end had to open a charge back from my bank to get my money back. Bunch of clowns. Purchase somewhere else. DON'T use Reebok directly.
only one item received not 2 as ordered
I ordered 2 sweatshirts and only one was in the box when I opened the parcel. I contacted customer services and was told to send photos of the box which I did and they said they would get back to me within 15 days. Reebok got back to me and said both items had been delivered. I am a registered Manager of a care company based in Ledury and I told them that they were accusing me of being a liar and trying to commit fraud they reinvestigated ?? and are still saying both items delivered. I am now speaking with Trading Standards as all reebok keep saying is they wont refund my money I have told them numerous times I don't want a refund, just the sweatshirt I order and payed for. I would not recommend Reebok to anyone I have advised all my family and friends Sally

Update- looked as if the package was at UPS warehouse for over a week. Have managed to speak to Reebok customer service and they are refunding me due to ‘issues in their warehouse’.

Wow, I just had a really bad experience with Reebok customer services. I came to Trustpilot to see what kind of rating they have and I'm shocked that this is so common for such a big brand! Lost order and terrible communication and resolution.
Such a disappointment
I’m disappointed with the lack of customer support. I waited 16 days for my trainers and within that time I emailed twice. I luckily got a response today and got a full refund. Judging the poor delivery time I was fully expecting to wait the full 10 days (if not longer), but I didn’t. It’s a shame that such a reputable brand has such poor customer service and I was genuinely looking forward to the shoes. Take my advice and the advice from other reviews and do not order from the reebok website. Alternatively, order them from footlocker. I purchased mine today and they’ve already been dispatched:)
REEBOK DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
Absolutely terrible service, the worst I have ever experienced. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered one rucksack and one pair of trainers for my daughter for school on 12th September. After a long wait, on 20th September a parcel arrived containing only the bag. It was packaged in a flat envelope which could not have also fitted a pair of shoes in it. Next day 21st September I raised a complaint with Reebok customer services and they wanted photos of the packaging which I provided on the same day.
On 26th September I had a reply stating that no issues were linked to my order and nothing reported. (What about MY report that the shoes were missing??) I was also told that an investigation was being initiated and could take up to 15 days. 15 days??!!!! All this time my daughter is without shoes for her school sports.
I sent a couple more emails stating that I could not wait 15 days and I wanted a refund. No response to those until 6th October when I was told that my situation was being reviewed internally.
Today is the 12th October and I still have had no further update from Reebok. It is a calendar month since I placed the order, and 3 weeks since I raised a complaint. Reebok still has my money and my daughter is still without her shoes.
Reading through the recent reviews, it is clear that many customers are having similar issues to me, and it seems that Reebok is experiencing some fundamental problems which need to be looked at urgently. They should take heed of these reviews and look at their internal processes immediately.
Finally - REEBOK DO NOT CARE FOR OR BELIEVE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will never use them again.
Edit: one week on 19th October and still no response from Reebok re their 15-day investigation which is now on day 18). I raised a Paypal complaint to try to get my money back that way. Reebok has sent them a tracking number with proof of delivery attached (again, yes I did receive a delivery, but one item was missing). The laughable thing is that the proof of delivery states that the parcel weighed 17.6kg!!! For a small rucksack?? Even if the missing pair or shoes had been included, it would be nowhere near. I have to laugh or I'll cry.
Lost order/ useless customer service
I placed an order on the 26th September 2023. I received notification that they would be delivered on 3rd October. It's now the 10th October and still no shoes. Customer service is very unhelpful. They have opened a case!!! I don't want a case, I want the shoes or a full refund. UPS have lost shoes, it's not rocket science, just send me the shoes I have paid for!
Delayed delivery but customer service is good
Ordered 2 pairs from reebok.eu Took a long time to dispatch (9 days) and then arrived within 3 days (from Netherlands). While I was waiting, I tried to cancel one of the orders as I needed it earlier but due to delay I no longer wanted it. There was no live chat or email displayed on the website so had to call a phone line. Got through to an agent within a few minutes.
Even though it had not been shipped, Reebok agent said it was too far gone in the processing stage and they could not cancel it and I would have to wait to for it to be delivered and then would have to do free return, which was disappointing. Other than that the agent was very helpful and cheery and it was a pleasant experience.
Once the orders eventually arrived, delivered safely via UPS (one package's outer brown box was a bit damp but contents were fine), I attempted to generate a return online for one via my account, but there was an issue and would no longer let me click the View Return link to obtain the return labels and instructions.
I had to call again, and once again the agent was helpful and they sent me the shipping labels and instructions to my email address. I had to return via UPS to Netherlands and due to brexit regulations, had to print a number of copies of the invoice, but everything was clearly explained in the returns email. The package was received by Rebook within about 3 days and I got an automatic refund the next day so that part was actually quite smooth.
The pair I have decided to keep is great and as described so happy in that regard, especially at the sale price purchased. So overall some of the process is quite clunky, but it has not put me off from buying from them again if I needed something else from Reebok.
Awful Service. AVOID AVOID
Ordered items two weeks ago and only arrived today. No longer need them due to the delay. I now have the hassle of having to return. Awful company. Will never purchase again
Customer Support is non-existent
I placed an order for 3 items on the website, but I only received 2 items in the package. I have tried to contact the support team several times, but I haven't received any response from them. Since there is no receipt in the package, it is difficult for me to prove that the missing item was not delivered. I was looking forward to wearing the missing item the most.
