Terrible customer service
Charged twice due to website glitch and the woman I spoke to at the customer service team was really unhelpful. Reebok items are not always cheap especially when you are being charged twice. Being told you can just return wasn't really that helpful. Would not purchase online from them again. A lot of other companies would offer some kind of compensation to apologise for the error but the woman did not seem to care at all.
No help with faulty trainers
Have some faulty trainers had them for 2 months worn 3 times and thread at front is shoes coming apart. No help at all

it's an absolute nightmare to return things and when I finally did, I STILL haven't got my refund weeks later. Such a shame as I wanted to start wearing Reebok more but I won't bother now.

Bought the reebok GT40s about 5yrs ago and its still going well it is a bit louder than when i first had it but that is to be expected as i use it about 2 hours every day . I did need to call customer service once when it was still in warranty and the engineer fixed it within a week ...would not hesitate to buy another one and customer service was excellent

I bought Club C Double Geo Shoes on the website of the UK. These sneakers started to peel, and then come apart at the seams. Now they have holes! I have bought Reebok all my life and I have never received such a Poor Quality sneakers.
If I hadn't bought them on the official Reebok website I would think they were fake.
It is a shame the poor quality of one of my favorite brands. I don't recommend buying these models or similar at all.
No customer service. Just none
Couldn't cancel my order because they took 5 days to reply to my cancel request (made within 10 minutes of ordering). It has been more than 2 weeks since I returned the shoes, no acknowledgment of return. I tried to get in contact on their website. 24 hours later I get an email "Hello FirstName LastName... we'll reply when we can". Absolutely appalling service I will never order from them again, and I wished I'd checked here first! I am yet to get my money back or receive an email that makes sense!

Disgusting company to deal with. Rip off merchants. I returned a faulty pair of trainers to Reebok on the 8th December 2023 and 61 days later I still do not have the refund. I have given them the UPS tracking number 1ZF223X39194153508 proving they received them.
Avoid buying anything from Reebok, spend your money with another company.
Didn't get what I ordered
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and I only got one. I rang and emailed Reebok but they said they won't send the second pair or even refund me.

Absolute con - bought a treadmill from these guys through Sport Direct the date on the tread says end of 2018 - just because i cant find the receipt they assume i am some conman and have nulled my warranty - in this day and age with all the tech its just an excuse

Still waiting on my refund for order 45HFQ9 - Reebok please reply to my emails I am waiting for £160 from you!! I have followed up numerous times and with no reply. Then the customer service chat on your website also doesn't work it just redirects me to the returns page. I won't order again from you unless I receive my refund which was received in your warehouse a few weeks ago.
Reebok, disgraceful
What a nightmare. I won’t order direct from Reebok again & only regret not looking at Trustpilot first. I ordered 2 pairs of trainers for sizing intending to return 1 pair. Only 1 pair arrived. Appalling customer care. I get the impression the email responses are all generated from a pre written selection so not answering my specific concerns. Also why do I feel that it is my mistake. No apology & ‘we will send out the other half of the order to sort the problem,’but instead I am told to do nothing until they have investigated which could take 15 days. The mistake clearly lies with them, and there is no valuing the customer.

I’d give them zero if I could. Half my order missing, forever chasing with awful customer service. Avoid all online ordering at all costs. Amateur and disorganised for an established name. Wish I’d read these reviews before they took my money and didn’t send out the order.

Zero star review - Want to return a medium t-shirt which is too small for me and I'm medium all day long. Followed return instructions but when I drove to the UPS drop off point they said you need another invoice. Emailed rung Reebok and they sent it through. Went to the UPS drop off point 2nd time. They said they need 3 copies of the invoice and not 1. So now I need to go a third time to return it.
SO far to return a tshirt:
* Medium t-shirt doesnt fit but I'm Medium everywhere else.
* Been to my friends 3 times to borrow his printer to print 4 sheets out.
* Been to the UPS drop off point twice and need to go a third time - Total 1 hour wasted plus fuel.
* Incorrect return instructions given on the webisite.
* Incorrect return instructions given via email.
The t-shirt costs £7! - It would have been cheaper for me just to sell it on ebay!

I've had a completely different trainer in a completely different size sent out to me. Took over a week to be sent out too. How bad at your job do you have to be to send a completely different item out then what was ordered.
I'm unable to do a return online via their form as the delivery status is stuck as 'InTransit'.
I've emailed their customer service but not holding my breath considering these reviews on here.
Thank god I paid thorugh klarna who can get my money back if Reebok don't respond!
Avoid products not fit for purpose, no interest in customers
Puarchsed a pair of Astro glide GT walking shoes in Dec 23.
In less than 11 months the uppers have spilt where the toe creases when walking.
Contacted Reebok customer services and got a prompt reply asking me to send in pictures, I did and got a generic copy and paste email saying they wouldn't do anything as it was "wear and tear"
These has been used sparing, well maintened and are in excellent condition apart from this damage.
Product material is not fit for purpose and quality control tests clearly haven't been done.
Totally unacceptable for a premium brand product to last less than the stuff I buy from Primark.
Coming here and seeing the customer satisfaction scores makes sence now.
DON'T BUY expecting good quality and longevity from this brand.
AVOID and buy from another company not these cowboys.

Wish I’d checked Trustpilot first! They use UPS - good grief what a nightmare.
Reebok online chat is a joke, it’s not a chat it’s multiple choice (a chat implies a two way conversation) that don’t answer what I need answered.
What’s with modern companies and pathetic customer service. I’m done with Reebok. Won’t be back. Added to the list of companies I will not use.
Avoid them! Until we stop shopping with companies who work like this, we’ll get the same poor service.
Reebok needs a new delivery partner
Reebok needs a new delivery partner. I really wish I had come here and read the reviews first because UPS has ruined what was a pretty good and simple shopping experience. Give you a delivery window (of days not hours) no opportunity to redirect and left at random newsagents 4 miles away that is not easily accessible for me via public transport. Absolutely useless when trying to arrange anything else.
The fact that when I arranged for someone to help me with the items some were poor quality just made the process even more infuriating. If you can't shop Reebok in-store don't shop there at all!
