When I received the package
When I received the package, sealed with parcel tape, most of the contents were missing. I rang up to explain and was told that I would be sent a replacement which I have now received. Excellent service!

Part of the order missing and no way to contact them
I ordered a tool case and the bottle cage for it. The cage did not arrive with the bottle. I tried to email their info email address on their site, but the email was bounced back several times. There is no phone number on the site either. yet they are still accepting orders. Terrible service and absolutely no reason to have a non functioning email address
