I signed up in error, not realizing the sophistication and complexity of the app for what I was trying, so I requested a refund. Response was fast and effective, as well as fair.

I wasn’t happy about my automatic subscription when I got billed but Jake from reface helped me cancel straight away once I debt them an email about cancelling.

This app was so much fun seeing my family in different poses and backgrounds.

Complete waste of time, they dont tell tou it costs money to use, they wait until they havebtour personal details, you have uploaded pictures of yourself and then tell you its going to cost $8 a month to subscribe. Like seriously how many times over how many months would you use this? Just use ai via any of the free ai or you camera options. It will do the same thing.

I cancelled my subscription but payment had gone out already. I sent an email to customer service and was genuinely surprised that I got a response straight away and a refund with no problems or delays. Much appreciated resolving the issue so promptly. Thanks

The outcome is great! But the advertising for this app is very misleading. They say it’s $7.99. I was charged $22.59. I thought I must not have seen it right. Then I got a second charge. I didn’t know what that was for. It’s a WEEKLY charge! That’s a rip-off!

It appears to be far too easy to 'place an order!' I also detest the way a 'subscription' is applied....many do not know that the meaning of this is a 'repeat order!' Luckily I was checking my bank statements the next day and to my horror, saw the transaction..You did respond, immediately, and with effect, very impressive and gives me confidence to deal with you in the future...Thanks.

Support at Reface was very helpful when I couldn't figure out how to cancel on my own.

Stay away from this app, it is a fraud company they entise with false and trap your account to continue to draw money from your account l sent an email to the reply of my first review but they have not got back to me but requested for another payment fraud fraud.

Reface took an authorized payment of 19.99 from my account on after taking a 19.99 which they still have not yet refunded on the 10th of July, l had cancelled all my details on their system but another payment request this morning

I misunderstood subscription coming out monthly. When I requested cancellation it was extremely prompt action taken & an instant refund. Very happy

I was charged eventhough I cancelled my subscription however when I emailed you them, they responded very quickly and the whole issue including my refund was sorted within 30 mins.
