It's a scam

It's a scam - their whole business model is tricking people into thinking it's an ASIC requirement to pay them money to renew a business registration, which is a lie.

Compared to registry.com.au, which runs exactly the same scam, they're not even any good at filling up trustpilot with fake reviews. So incompetent as well as unethical.

After 23 years in business

After 23 years in business, I suddenly received an 'invoice' from this organisation. I have never heard of them, never contacted them, and they are asking for $449 to do what? The same as I do directly with ASIC. And when calling the 1300 number, I get a robot offering to "take my call seriously and help me".
SCAM for the unaware

Don't pay this. It is NOT a bill.

I received a letter addressed to my company in the physical mail that looks a lot like an invoice in its style and wording. Words like "company review is due", "discount for early payment", "review fee". Fortunately I didn't pay it. On closer inspection, at the bottom it says "we are independent of ASIC. This is not a bill". I suspect many would pay this like an invoice, without truly understanding it. Maybe I should give them the benefit of the doubt but I would make a guess that they know very well a percentage will simply pay it. Hence all the angry reviews here.

IF it were possible to give no stars in…

IF it were possible to give no stars in order to save business owners from being scammed on their annual review fee I would. This unethical business scrapes data from ASIC records and sends unsolicited spam invoices that may look legitimate to the untrained eye. DON'T PAY! ASIC will email/mail this exact information WITH the relevant company data for your review well in advance. It is a basic, 2minute task that costs $329 instead of $449 AND you will keep your important data private.

Pretty sure I spoke with an AI bot (Sharon) when I phoned to demand to be taken off their mailing list. They wanted me to raise a work ticket to fulfil this very basic obligation of the National Privacy Legislation and in the process collect yet more of my data! Pathetic. And by the way, no, I won't be handing over my name, phone and email contact details so they can verify this review.

Marketeering scammers

Marketeering scam - Unsolicited mail requesting urgent ASIC renewal services at an inflated price - less a "early payment" discount. Not needed and half the price to just pay the ASIC invoice when its issued.

Total scam

Total scam, do not pay!
pretending a government company
They got my address somehow and sent me a letter asking to pay for registration. They asked to pay $447 and offering $50 discount if I can pay earlier.
I cay pay directly to ASIC $326. So they charge $121 only to pay on behalf of you.
I've noticed the most their positive reviews are from US , France but not from Australia and all negative ones are from Australia. Being AU company offering local registration means they bought all positive reviews from fake US accounts.

I spent 1 hour to find out why I got this letter and found out that's is SCAM 3rd part company. I wasted 1 HOUR!!!
Where they got my details who gave them the right to post me the letter!!
