Absolute waste of money. Extremely poor quality, cheap plastic, terrible printing, and nothing like what is advertised. This feels like a scam. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Do not use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a personalised moon picture as a birthday present. The website says the delivery time is 3- 5 working days. It took a month. Emails to enquire about its whereabouts were never responded to. When it did arrive the font looked cheap and not as described on the website. There was an error on the date and I have emailed a few time requesting how this can be rectified but again have had no response. Not sure anyone is even looking at the emails. Like the other customers on here, I am £40 down with a gift I can't use and no way of making it correct. I would recommend you look elsewhere if you are considering buying from this company.

Have been in contact with them for a year to get a refund and it hasn’t been resolved. Got the order damaged and without the gift wrapping I paid extra for, then they sent a replacement that was different from the first one and once again broken and without gift wrapping. The order was for Mother’s Day last year so I had no gift to give, just broken junk. heaps of back and forth of them saying they acknowledged that the order was damaged both times and that there was no gift wrapping and had forwarded the issue onto their higher ups. Again this has been happening for a whole year, the same things being said over and over, and even once after acknowledging both packages were damaged, they sent an email saying it wasn’t, even though I sent photos and they already acknowledged it was. Absolutely horrific customer service and I am extremely unhappy about the whole experience. Ruined Mother’s Day, wasted $110 on absolute junk with inconsistencies to the moon cycle from the first sent item and the second one and can’t even get a refund as they’re treating ME like junk also, and have wasted my time over a year of messaging back and forth. And now they’re saying that it’s been too long since the order date to give a refund AND some bull excuse about “under new management”. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered an engraved frame with moon of when my don was born as it was spevial birthday gift . I placed the order a month in advance I specifically said I needed it before it never arrived until a week after this spoilt the surprise for his birthday. I wrote an email saying deliver was late as I was promised it would arrive before they said they would escalate it with their team that was two months ago still no reply . Very disappointed and will not order again from
them

Wrong engraving, they understand the disappointment and do nothing. Ordered a Personalized Solar Modern Door Plaque. The street name has accented letters in it, but they didn't care and let the design software use totally different font for the accented letters. It looks ridiculous. When contacted them, they simply answered: "we are unable to make changes to the font or special characters after the order has been placed". The web browser easily used UTF-8 coding, so it was correct on the screen.
They just closed the claim: "We understand this may be disappointing". You know, it is disappointing to waste money on sloppy, amateur job. Shame.

Dreadful never received goods. Total rip off £70 wasted

Zero stars for this company. Cheap product made in china. Not as show on the website. Customer services advised no refunds given. Avoid at all costs.

Wow what can I say... Looking at your website and all your socials you'd think it was a very professional company. But when u look at your trust pilot reviews and your products when they arrive along with your customer service it's absolutely shocking. And I have no idea how you are still Operating as a business.
So where do I start...
Well I purchased 2 personalised moon pictures, Which both came completely wrong and both had completely wrong text, they cost me 30.00 each. I have emailed in regarding this to see if new ones can be made with the written description I had Asked For
(EG correct DOB, correct name etc) but Noone has Responded. It's been more than 2 months and 4 emails later. So both children didn't recive there gifts and I'm £60 down.
The 2nd problem is the solar light door plaque. I'd doesn't not work at all and is badly made. I returned this 10 weeks ago and I still haven't had a Refund. That cost me 35.00 so in total I've wasted 95.00 plus delivery and all my time. I'd appreciate regal maison to come back to me with an explanation. Otherwise live with this review.
it's actually not even worthy of 1 star but I had no choice. Do I Reccomend this company? Absoloutely not.

Poor quality product. Please hear other reviews. Solar doesnt work and this is really cheap. Not worth the money. Seriously!

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE ⚠️
Ordered a “Metal House Sign” from Regal Maison. The product description made it sound super easy to install and implied it would work without any special setup.
At no point did it mention that the item actually requires mains electricity and won’t function without being plugged in. This is a major omission that would have completely affected my decision to buy.
I tried contacting them multiple times via email and DM, but got nowhere—responses redirected me in circles and my concerns were ignored. Payment was taken in full, but the product was misrepresented and there was no real support or resolution.
If you’re thinking about ordering, be aware that what you see in the description may not match reality, and customer service is non-existent. There are plenty of other companies doing this.

Ordered a felt Christmas tree on 6th Nov. It's 14th Dec and has never even been dispatched. Scam. Avoid.

This feels like a scam company. I ordered a felt christmas tree for my toddler in October. Still has not arrived. I have had not had any explanations to this, have been declined a refund to date and customer service responses have been beyond poor. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

How this company is still trading is beyond me!
Ordered 3 moon phase art - all absolutely awful! Cheap rubbish, look nothing like advertised and the gold moon has defects all over it, like they’ve printed on a sandy background so it’s all bobbly! Have tried messaging via their contact page, no response! That cost me around £85 !! I was hopefully of getting good customer service and a response at least, but nothing! This is wrong!

If I could give the company zero stars, I would. I placed an order on accident and canceled it immediately after placing it like within minutes and they told me that a refund was not possible because it’s already in customization. Let me remind you that I ordered it on a weekend and received an email about it being in customization on a Sunday all lies. The company just does not want to issue my refund. Do not order from them. It’s not worth it and from the quality that I saw this experience definitely is not worth it.

Terrible!!! The company is not credible in every aspect. I ordered to signs in Hebrew letters. No where in the ordering process it was mentioned that the signs are limited to English letters! I received the goods with Hebrew letters written in reverse! I asked them to either: re do it properly, re do it in English or pay me back my money. They refused to do it and took no responsibility whatsoever! I would stay away from them and not deal with them at all!!

The product received did not reflect what was advertised for the Address Plaque.
